Azexon.com — Order placed but no any email or sms received from Azexon.com. | |||||
I placed an order on 12/12/2020 which order number is #9560 and I successfully paid for it (Transaction id: Cashfree [protected]). But no any email or sms for this order is received from your end. Also I observed that the status of the order is still 'on hold" condition. Everything looking fake and now the webpage also not available .I can't contact with them through email or phone call or WhatsApp. Please help me to refunding the money from them which was transferred to Azexon.com through cashfree.com. Dec 27, 2020 Updated by Aroopjyoti I don't know what is the present update of my complaint. But recently I observed that in the name of Azexon.com customer care number one person Mr. Rajesh Singh open another fraud service. He ask to share the debit/credit card details for refunding the money which was already paid for online order in Azexon.com. So friends be careful. I shared the screenshot of his details which is now available in google  | |||||
