Azure Hand Casino — Lost winnings

I had won $30, 000 at this casino.. I did playback about $7500 but had withdrawals done simultaneously 1 min apart to the values of $20, 000.. When i confronted the casino, I was sent on trail and have been told that I cancelled the transactions myself and played back the entire $30, 000.. which I did not.. I asked them to show me the ledgers of the games which I played back only to be told I could not be shown it as proof. I know I did not play back the entire $30, 000 and was only payed out $2490. I can send in screen shots from chat and screen shots of cancelled transactions which they claim I had replayed and cancelled myself if needed

I’m experiencing exactly the same from them. Each time I ask they send an automated message and then close the chat. I have been advised that it was escalated, not just once but two times. But that has proven to be just another story I’ve been told. This began on the 02/08/2021, all of my documents have been presented and verified and I have experienced a successful withdrawal from them earlier in the year. They refuse to discuss this or give me any type of explanation as to what on earth is happening.. Very Dissatisfied and disappointed with Azure Hand Casino as an Australian Player.

That's a long time waiting for that Withdrawal that's for sure. Fleecing Aussies I think they are. I'll have my bank do a dispute soon if no payment withdrawal. Got 60 days to do bank dispute with Azure Hand. no emails back lately I just got "Have a great day" from Alicia at Azure Hand.

Hi Hayley, did you receive your second withdrawal. I'm waiting for second withdrawal too now and 7 days plus weekends and no second withdrawal received and no response from email help at Azure. Did you receive your winnings Hayley?
Azure Hand Casino. Still no payout even though did withdrawals three times twice by wire then advised by casino to do Bitcoin but still no payout. I'm in Australia and plenty excuses thrown at me like they don't except Westpac wires then I changed wire to bank of Queensland wires and casino not accept. Excuses after excuses. Then casino asked for passport citizen ship papers on top of all my licence government IDs. Then casino says do Bitcoin but still no payout. I will have my bank do a dispute for all my deposits if I don't get a payout of some sort soon. Email help takes a while and 24/7 chat do automated info at you with no processing information. This casino is quick to take your money but withdrawals are slack slow process of any process. Still waiting nearly a month now. I would research other casinos before playing here it's been a big disappointment the whole process and excuses for not letting you withdrawal or they can't do wire to certain big banks very strange. Save yourself the anguish. Azure Hand was true blue casino previously and they still aren't improved with withdrawals difficult and excuses and still no payment. 🤦🤷🙍

****UPDATE**** Azure Hand Casino finally sorted my withdrawals out and YES I got Paid. Bitcoin withdrawal was the best option as wires were unsuccessful. Now I'm going to do a backflip and say Azure Hand Casino is great and highly recommended now. I couldn't delete my post on here. I'm now waiting for 2nd withdrawal and hoping it all stays good. Very happy with Azure Hand Casino. I will keep updating as I go.

Here we go second withdrawal not paid so far I waited the 7 days so far even though terms and conditions are meant to be 3-5days and upon doing Bitcoin withdrawal second time it said within 5 days now I am up to 7 days plus weekends and no second payment so far. No emails back from info help Azure. Hitting pot holes again with Azure Hand Casino. Will update here again if Azure pay my second Bitcoin withdrawal.. 🙆🤦🤷

Second withdrawal still pending since September 1st Bitcoin $2500 No good reason for it to be still pending. no good again.

*** DELETED *** my Azure Hand Casino account I did as too many delayed unpaid withdrawals. Lots of patches where you can't win either after having a win.
I had 3 pending withdrawals waiting for me to the value of around $7, 500 I had no answer for why it is taking so long considering all my documents were already verified last year sometime by the time I finally received a email saying that I am able to make a withdrawal I had already played it all back it took them about 2 1/2 weeks to send the email and since then I have deposited over 5, 000 and not 1 win to speak of and still waiting for a win worth withdrawing is it at all possible to get a win to withdraw I had made this casino my only depositing platform after reading other’s comments I’m really stating to doubt my decision now
They just stole 7000 aud from me azurehand is total scam when they were called true blue I made two successful withdrawals with them I mean they took a long time to withdraw as in months but atleast I received it back then but not this win they just literally cancelled it and stole the lot after I asked for withdrawal of 7k there excuse is that I requested some weekly insurance coupon the week before and it was approved so they deposited 30 dollars into my account and I didn't play it until after I deposited a fifty dollars neosurf which I won off this is a total lie and never happened they clearly have just said this to be able to get away with stealing my money I win

Exactly what I was told.. I asked them to show me the transactions that showed me, with no luck.. Months and months of correspondence.. I know for a fact that I did not withdrawal the entire win..
That showed that I played the money back..
I have been playing in this casino for 5 years already. I have won 7500 totally . Came out with no problem
I withdrew my winnings in several installments. They told me the right way. I'm happy)
