[Resolved]  B.e.s.t. Undertaking — Bill payment consumer Registration

I am away from the country and have to pay bill online through other services but I want to pay through consumer Registration, My son who used to handle payment has registered in his own name with pass word etc hence I do not have access to Registration. I wish to replace my name and PW to his. Whom should I contact on line as physical attendance is not possisble being away in other country.
