I want to complaint about 512L bus which route is from Mulund Check naka to Nerul Bus station. This bus is not coming as shown in the chalo app time table. Due to which I and other people has to suffer a lot. Sometimes it's also not showing details of live location of the bus. And sometimes it's coming 3 bus in a row like following each other by stop by stop. Due to which the other time slots of bus are empty. Please take this mail seriously as many people are facing issue due to buses poor management. And We have no choice to go by some other transport facility.

    I have paid March month bill twice via gpay, 1st payment was done on 4th March and another on 26th March, 2024. The amount paid is double now.

          My consumer number is[protected]

          This month: I got a bill of Rs. 2600/- with bill showing 328 unit consumed. But nobody is staying in that place. Then how come I get such a huge bill.

          Last month: I got a bill of Rs. 4850/- with Rs. 2127/- as adjustable amount. I wrote a mail to check about this amount, but nobody replied to that mail.

          Previous to that month: I got a bill of Rs.10050/-. There was arears of Rs. 8625/-. I paid everything in full.

              Today,[protected] my vehicle bearing registration number MH-04-EX-2505 was damaged due to rash driving by the Bus driver having Badge Number: MUMBAI - 3278120 and the BUS Number MH-01-DR-8123.

              The Bus driver, while overtaking my stationary vehicle from the left side at the red signal on the SV Road opposite to Madras Cafe, Bhandup west bruised my vehicle from the left and damaged the Left side ORVM (Outside Rear View Mirror) at around 8:45 a.m.

              The traffic police was standing there who advised me to take the photographs of the vehicle and the bus driver and submit the complaint. Accordingly, I took the photos and the same are submitting herewith.

              This is a clear case of rash and negligent driving which caused damage to my vehicle. I request the driver to be booked and punished for rash and negligent driving and causing damage to my vehicle and the necessary compensation for the damage caused to my vehicle be awarded.

                    I am unable to pay my monthly bill or security deposit through my B.E.S.T online account. When I login to my account, I am able to see option for "View Payments" but I do not see the button for "Pay Online". I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Kindly resolve this for my account as soon as possible so that I can make the payments for uninterrupted service.

                      I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent electricity bill, dated 23rd Jan. The bill was for the amount of 4080 & 510 for Accounts No[protected] &,[protected] which is much higher than my usual bill. I believe that the bill is incorrect and would appreciate it if you would investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
                      We have complained online a lot of times but there was no response from your end. I have been receiving such high bills for the last 2-3 years. The premise is not in use for the last 4 years previously bill used to be not more than 500 to 600 Rs now its moved 5X.

                          Since I've paid the bill online we have stopped receiving hard copy bill.

                            Hello Sir, I live in Asmita Jyoti Co-operative Housing Society at Marve Road, Malad West. I am a retired police officer and would like to bring few things, which I have observed, to your notice. There is a bus stop named after our society, from where buses 243, 271, 272 etc, depart. The bus stop is 25 to 30 feet away from the signal. Narrow footpaths, stalls erected adjacent to the bus stop on that narrow footpath, motor cycle riders coming from the opposite direction from the signal, rabbit and waste material sacks placed on the footpath by the utility contractors and waiting for the bus in the hot sun due to lack of shade at this place, all these make this bus stop dangerous and inconvenient for the passengers. Number of passengers is high. It includes the young and old. The traffic stops on the signal. Also conductorless buses are stopped here for giving tickets to boarding passengers. Hence passengers have to run back and forth to catch the bus. I request you to shift this bus stop about 150 feet towards west, between gate number 2 of Asmita Jyoti Society and Christian Cross. Passengers can stand in the shade due to the availability of trees at that place. Also, it will be convenient for the bus drivers and passengers as it is away from the signal.

                              Hi

                              My name is Sangeeta Vijay Jadhav alias Poongodi Subbiah Devendra, resident of Sion, Social Nagar, and i was paying my bills regularly every month except in covid period.

                              My electricity consumer bill no is[protected]*1. During Covid our bills are so high. In November, 2021 in covid period mentioning bill amount of Rs.46540.00. I was really got shocked to see the Bill Amount. Because, in our home, no products which were consume more electricity, we use only three Tubelights (Two LEDs), One Exhaust Fan and Two Fans (1 Ceiling and 1 Table Fan) and Motor for Water (In morning, that too only for our house only). Out of the Two LED Tubelights, One Tubelight and Table Fans were off only, as we go to Job/school respectively, only i night we use the same. We don't use Fridge (last 2 to 2.5 years), Washing Machine, Oven, etc. Please see if somebody use my electricity (In our area there are more chances for that). May be wrong meter reading was taken. Please help to out that problem. I think may be the Last bill (i. e. at starting period of Covid) was not paid by me because the due date was over, and new Bill was out for delivery, the Bill Collector told me that come with the new Bill), I guess that may be one of the reason.

                              If you go through the History our Bill, you came to know what amount of Bill had come, but that time we use Fridge also, but now we don't use fridge, still how this much high amount of bill.

                              All of a sudden bill have raised to 5 digit. I just wonder to receive such huge bill. Also, last few month back BEST members came and cut our electricity, now, we are taking electricity from others for rent. we are facing lots of problem without our Electricity Connection. Kindly look into this matter immediately.

                              Please look at this matter and resolve my issue as I belong to a very low income family. I am the only earning person in the family (4 members). Please consider my previous bill amount and reduce my bill amount as per my reading, also, i am humbly requesting you to reconnect my meter, i will pay the amount in installments (If there is possibility).

                                Please stop with your AC bus services in South Mumbai City. Don't make people fool. Very pathetic ride don't have much to speak because of arrogant bus driver and conductor. Am attaching the details of my ticket if anyone has a courtesy then look into this matter.

                                  I paid electricity bill of 630 Rs on friday 25th of november 2022
                                  This amount got deducted from my bank and i did not got any confirmation receipt nor this amount got reflected in BEST?
                                  Am attaching the proof of amount which got debited and also bill of the month of May which i paid.
