B Sethulakshmi — Non payment of LIC maturity amount on due date and no response over telephone. | |||
I have policy no.[protected] at branch 64s of lic of india, ameerpet hyderabad. I am at present at chennai. I sent the original policy along with claim form and self attested bank pass book for neft mandate by courier well in advance. On due date i.E. 18th july 2015 the amount has not been credited to my account. To know the details i contacted over telephone the above lic branch but no body lifted the telephone. After long time one person lifted the telephone and in a rough tone asked me to contact another number and put down the phone. I tried the other number but no body attended. I tried to send feedback through lic site. It is not accepting. I want my maturity amount with bonus alongwith overdue interest for the delayed payment. And also compensation for my continuously contacting the lic and loss of business booked anticipating the maturity amount on 18th july 2015. Please get me justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
