On 25th May, I had raised a ticket with B2X for repairing my pixel device. They had sent me quotation which agreed upon I made the payment of the quoted amount and they collected the device. I have been trying to reach them, but I am unable to contact them to track the status of the repair and when it would be sent back. The ETA keeps on getting delayed. I don't even know if I will get back my device.
