Having Problem in Moto E 1st generation( Out of warranty 1 yr approx old). Battery percentage was dropping to 0% from 30-40 % within a second. Given for repair to B2X service center near Ultadanga, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. They just reinstalled the OS and charged 650. They informed battery replacement not necessary.
But problem remained
