I brought moto e 1gen from flipkart on 7/8/2014(IMEI:[protected]) i gave my smartphone for repair to B2X (sree bhumi, kolkata), as it was not powering ON, on 5/8/2015 (in warranty period) (JOB no. AMSKOL002425). event after 1 month past they keep saying on the phone that parts are unavailable....

Having Problem in Moto E 1st generation( Out of warranty 1 yr approx old). Battery percentage was dropping to 0% from 30-40 % within a second. Given for repair to B2X service center near Ultadanga, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. They just reinstalled the OS and charged 650. They informed battery replacement not necessary. But problem remained Its shame to Motorola for such poor customer service and repair...
