They are not providing what the offered during subscription. I'm writing this after using their diamond plan service & invested more than 90k so far. Below is my experience in last 5 months. 1. Emails response time is good but query resolution time is very pathetic, no resolution unless you follow ups atleast 10 times... 2. I have raised a concern on website slowness but no issue resolved even after a month was running behind them 3. Whenever you ask to do simple configuration settings in your webpage they ask for 5-6k 4. They committed 7 days return policy but wherever customer returns they says customer returns wrong product but the actual thing baapstore sending wrong item to customer and denying to refund amount (I personally validated products) 5. In most of the cases straightly says they are helpless 6. Simply asking to change the email field with phone and for that they are asking for 6k (even after obtaining diamond plan) 7. No websites maintanence at all 8. No meta tag added to your product to get easier for customer to search 9. Webpage isn't user friendly and they are committing mobile responsive website but slowness issue is way to high even though only 2-3 users active same time 10. Lastly they are not providing 7000+ products which they are committing to all. I have posted on Twitter to Karthik as well but he seems to be a careless about customers.
