Revised - all issues are still open since more than a month now...they don't care even you raised complaints.
They are not providing what the offered during subscription. I'm writing this after using their diamond plan service & invested more than 90k so far. Below is my experience in last 5 months.
1. Emails response time is good but query resolution time is very pathetic, no resolution unless you follow ups...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Baapstore.com is a fraud site. They will not dropship for you, they will just take your money and tell you not to disturb them because they have to talk to other clients. They won't work, they won't even refund. They took the money from me and now telling me that they are not available. Karthik who is the head of the org, spoke sensibly when i got him on the call and explained the issue. However, it didn't take him more than...
