[Resolved]  Babymonk Jaipur — product not received and seller not replying

Hi i have ordered 1 onesies for christmas celebration for my baby on 10 december 2017. But next day when no dispatch details was received i decided to cancel the order as i thought i will not receive it before christmas. On 11 december 2017, i mailed customer care to cancel it but someone called ronak rathi said u cannot cancel it. I told them it is mentioned in their policy that customer can cancel the order if it is not dispatched from their center. But he didnt cancel it and he assured me that i will receive it before christmas. Christmas is near and yet it is not dispatched. Now he is not replying on mails also. No contact number is available on website.
