Babymonk is a fake service and. Heating customers. I had ordered some baby clothes 5 week back and the order is not been delivered. Waited patiently till.now

They are not even responding to my email or calls. Not even has the courtsey to refund the money

I will request all the parent to not avail their services to such an efficient and fake website/company. Wasted my money on such a useless and fake website

Product information is silent about country of origin, refund related and return issues. Every online site is required to display all the above information clearly below the product. This is to make the customer fool. They do not retirn the money nor provide pickup facility.

I had made an order on babymonk through instagram worth Rs 8941 on 17 May but there has been no communication from them since then. Their contact numbers mentioned on facebook and instagram are coming as switched off.

I have ordered a frok for my baby's first birthday on May 8th. And that is not delivered till now. Their costumer service number is not picking up. I prepaid 2540 rupees.

No proper information neither the goce status they take too much time and worst service

I placed order for 8 items for my one year old baby and received only 5.
Out of these 5, 2 item size is too big and not at all for one year old baby. When i called them asking for my order of 1 year old baby size, they responded that was only size they had and they dispatched to me. Also since I bought it during sale, items are now can not be exchanged and returned and she disconnected my call.
On website at time when I bought product size was mentioned 1 year, but I received M size. No where this M size was mentioned and now they do not agree for faulty products also.
Service and packaging of product is very poor, feels like picked your cloths from trash. On name of sale they befooled innocent people and do not return their amount. They are fraud also all their items are from china.. same can be seen at Ali express. Shame on Baby Monk

I ordered a pair of shoes for rs 1149 on 10th if august 2020. I have not received the product yet. There is no respinse from the company. Their customer care number is also not picking up.

I placed a prepaid order for my kid a month back and i got a confirmation mail and nothing after that at al. If i call then there is no response, one number switched off and other no incoming call service, no fb response, no mail response as well, they are fraud, trying to fool and steal people's money.

Two orders placed with immediate payment worth 6500/- is not being delivered since more than three weeks. No one is responding to calls or emails. Cheating the consumers

Ordered in last week on june till now not recived and no one rpliyng from their in facwbook messenge or in whatsap

I placed the order in the month of June 2019, no information on the order for a very long time . After followup nearly 1.5 months later received one item . Now i m still waiting for the second product and no information on it . I have infact asked for a refund, there is none to contact and its absolute waste of energy.

Hi i have ordered 1 onesies for christmas celebration for my baby on 10 december 2017. But next day when no dispatch details was received i decided to cancel the order as i thought i will not receive it before christmas. On 11 december 2017, i mailed customer care to cancel it but someone called ronak rathi said u cannot cancel it. I told them it is mentioned in their policy that customer can cancel the order if it is not dispatched from...

I ordered 5 items from that i have received only 3 items and when iam trying to contact no one is responding... I trusted site and my order was prepaid and my order no. Was #4305.. I want my cash back aur my 2 item which i don't got... Company is also not responding i sent message by messenger... This was not expected from this company... Highly disappointed... My total bill was of rs.5145 and my two order which i don't receive amunt of 1 was rs. 1299 and other rs.999... How can i forget this.. It is not an small amount... Please return my product or my money...

Dear sir/ madam,

Please note we ordered casual led shoes online from babymonk.in for our child on 19/06/2017 and received the order on august 2 2017. Order was received via bluedart no. [protected] shipper no. 338085. Cash amounting to inr 2, 048 was paid to the bluedart person who had come for delivery.

To our surprise we had paid inr 2, 048 for 2 pairs and only one pair arrived with a faulty size. Since august 2 2017 we got in touch with mr. Ronak rathi over email id [protected]@outlook.in & [protected]@babymonk.in however, they denied to provide a refund and asked us to buy more items from their website via store credit method.

As of now, product is with us and same is not picked up by babymonk for initiating a refund.

We request you to kindly intervene in this matter and let babymonk collect this product from us for we can receive complete refund followed with payment of interest rate of 11% on total amount of inr 2, 048 from this particular faulty company.
