It's been more than 2 month i lodged a complaint...And a month since u forwarded my request for not refunding my caution money...I believe u will sort out my genuine issue asap sir /mam..

Dear sir/mam,
This is to inform you that my child who has been a student of bachpan krishna nagar branch in the session 18-19 as pg student has not received his caution money..

Due to unprecedented move by the bank, my husband got transfered to another region in the month of june... Not knowing this bank exercise we paid the fees for the month of april session19-20 n then may june in consolidation... We waited for school to reopen to inform for the same.

Now that, when justified reason is infront of them, they are denying to refund the caution money amount. They are accusing me for pulling my child in mid session.. Apparantely i really do not understand what mid session means to them.

Dear sir/mam, bank transfers come every year in the month of june july... Had this been oct, i myself wud not have approached for the same. Atleast they should have considered this very fact.

I have not paid the starting quarter fee for this session, so i am rightfully eligible to retrieve my caution money back.

They never said that session starting means april, as for now they are still conducting a admission exercise... N wud contnue to take admissions for this whole month. If they are so much stringent in following the norms, then they should fetch in writing$get it signed by the parents thst if they get a transfer call even in the starting session of july, the fee is non refundable.

And specially i would request the principal of bachpan krishna nagar branch... Not to use beautiful sugar coated words in the hunting exersise of fetching students, as she wud only end up the student-parent relationship in the most humiliating way. She was not even concerned in raising her voice even infront of my child... I had to stop her inbtwn and requested her staff to escort him along with them, although he is a x student now... But responsilility as a mother or teacher, still remains the same.

Please look into this matter asap.

Updated by neelkamal kar Really thinking that a mistake has been made considering BACHPAN as an option for my child's education.
Teachers here are not at all up to mark of a school as displayed.
Teachers are not at all trained nor are proficient in teaching line.
Leave aside taking care or teaching children, they are not aware of correct spellings of basic words ?

You need experienced and well aged teachers to mould and guide children out of years of experience.
These fresher's whom BACHPAN has hired are just part-timers not teachers for NURSERY OR KINDERGARTEN.

When I drop my kid at school the Aayas guide these fresh teachers of hardly 20 to 25yrs of age who are usually seated when kids arrive ... As if whatever instruction is given by Aayas they will do then only.
