Respected Ma'am/Sir, My eldest daughter Vriddhi Ratan undertaken the study in Mother’s Pride, Munirka Branch under MPRS scheme, in which school took a lump sum amount of Rs. 2, 25, 000/- in cash, which was returned by Mother’s Pride School on time. That keeping in mind and the past relationship and experience, for my younger daughter named Kyra Ratan was also admitted in Mother’s Pride, Munirka Branch under MPRS scheme. Kyara Ratna's got admission in March 2018 under
scheme/admission number MPMN[protected]. I paid cash payment of Rs.2, 25, 000/- to the school for the admission of my second daughter Kyra Ratan, against that cash payment school was to giveback a PDC (Post Dated Cheque as refundable Security Deposit). This amount was to be returned to me after 2 years (April 2020). Despite repeated requests the school did not give me the above PDC. The amount Rs. 2, 25, 000/- was due in April 2020. But this amount was not returned to me. It was delayed intentionally by making the excuse of lockdown and later for other reasons, whereas the school’s banking and online facility was operational. That to get back the hard-earned money, I contacted the school (Mother's Pride, Munirka & West Punjabi Bagh office), its related staff and officials several times but the school did not refund my client's amount. I also contacted the Grievance cell and customer care of the school (Mother's Pride) and all the concerned officials in the meantime to collect the deposit amount. I made every effort throughout these years to get back my hard-earned money from school (Mother's Pride, Munirka), but there was no positive response from school. I also forwarded a legal notice to the school on 1st February 2021, but still after passing so many years, I didn’t receive any response from the school not even a phone calls. The school authorities have blocked my numbers, also they were not responding to our legal notices also. Sir/Ma'am, it’s your hard core earned money that we are asking for. you are requested to kindly look into the matter.

This is with reference to the scheme MPRS under which we have undertook the admission of my daughter baby Kyra Ratan at Mothers Pride, Munirka branch in year March 2018. In this respect it is to submit that the undersigned has not received the refund cheque of our deposited amount i.e. 2.25 lakh as its more than three years and we are really in need of our money. The details are as follows: -

The school authorities has blocked our numbers, also they were not responding to our legal notices also. Sir/Ma'am, its your hard core earned money that we are asking for. you are requested to kindly look into the matter.

My son is studying in Mother Pride Gaur city Branch. At the time of admission it was told to me that we will provide books every Quarter. 1st Quarter has already ended and 2nd Quarter is almost half passed but no books issued yet.

In continuation to my earlier complaint, school reception staff called me regarding refunding and collection of Cash from School and when i reach school a week later they denied and said do whatever you can do we cannot refund your amount.

It is highly disrespectful.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for admission of my son Rudraksh in Mother's pride, Deepali Chowk, Delhi branch but due to some unavoidable circumstances admission could not be possible. Hence, I requested them for the refund of my refundable amount of Rs. 1500/-

I submitted request letter on 25.03.23 at Deepali Chowk, Delhi branch to do the needful ASAP.

The matter was deliberately delayed by Deepali Chowk branch's incompetent staff by not taking action on my request of refund and not even answering my calls.

Kindly help me in this regard.

My Daughter, was a student of Nursery class of your esteemed school (Mother's Pride-Greater Faridabad, earlier at Sector-88) till Mar'22.

Since we had shifted her to another academic institution, we had approached for a refund of the Security deposit and Portrait fee (paid at time of her admission to school in Feb '2020).

Now even after a year, they have not done required, and are not responding as well...

My son Kaavish Chandra is enrolled in Mother’s pride Gurugram Sector-5 in Nursery-A. We were informed in Sep’22 that Mother’s pride will discontinue Prep section and all wards of Nursery will be transferred to Presidium for which 25000 admission fee was applicable.

We informed school about potential transfer since we had own house in Noida and was going through interviews in Companies located in Noida on which Counsellor Ms. Sarika replied that this admission fee is refundable in case we want to discontinue the Presidium.

Now we are chasing for refund since 20 days and no action has been taken so far. Also, Ms. Sarika is avoiding all text.

I submitted quarterly fee of October to December but don’t want to continue after December they said many time please take school dress but for 1 month how can we take the dresses of our both child
After telling thus to the admin department they said ok and sit our both girls out of the class in different room where they cried whole time how crudely behaviour of delta-1 mothers pride branch.

My son Saksham was enrolled in Mother's Pride High School, Sector - 17, Dwarka Branch on 1st of April 2022 and started his schooling life from 4th April'2022. It was bought in the notice of school administration that I am working as Enforcement Officer in Enforcement Directorate which comes under Ministry of Finance and its all India transferable job. On 4th April'2022 itself, I came to know that I got transferred to Chennai. On the same day, I informed to Admission Coordinator of Mother's Pride High School, Sector 17, Dwarka branch & asked for refund of fee deposited by me at the time of admission. She assured me that the same will be considered and will do the needful. Further, on 13h April, I mailed Smt. Harpreet kaur (Details provided by Coordinator of Mother's Pride Dwarka Sec - 17), and explained the whole issue but no response received from her. On 25th April, again reminder mail was sent to Smt. Harpreet Kaur and I am still waiting for reply from her.
Now, School Coordinator Smt. Anjalika Mehta avoiding my calls.

Highly disappointed with this kind of behavior of higher officials of Mothers Pride Group.

Waiting for response from them in next one month or will go for legal action.

We have attended hocus pocus session in 2019 and were charged 1500 and was told that it will be adjusted and then when we went for admission in 2022 they are not accepting that fees and not adjusting it also and we were told that in our fees is 7550 + 2000 for meals and when school will be closed 2000 will not be charged but they are now charging that fees we will make complaint to consumer court .

About rs.3982 lost my account.

Called school.many times alwats anjlika pick the call.and provided wrong info...she says teacher will give u this that...and teacher is not aware ..she says contact branch

.she said apko teacher de gi..and atended last satrday teams meeting Ms madhu chopra said i will give u report card online...and certifcate colect schol se krna...cal.scholl and anjlika.not response...

aftr 1week teacher madhu said apko report card abi ni milegi time lagega..ask how much..said cnt say...

contacted mnt parents thn came to knw jo cntinue kr re hai kids unko sab mil gaya...those who r switching unko they r torturing.

ask anjlika when she put her wasup status no revert..
for admision.she dnt even see the timing.she cls any time..

Dear Sir,

As mentioned, I like to bring in your notice about the fraud practise being followed by Mothers Pride (Deepali) & Presidium School in Delhi. I will try to explain the case below...

My Daughter attended Mothers Pride Prep School (Deepali Branch, Pitam Pura) for session[protected]. On pretext of securing the seat for Nursery School, Mothers Pride Management (on behalf of Presidium School) has said to deposit Rs 25000 & confirmed that if I don't opt for admitting my ward to their school, they will refund the Rs 25000 (with deductible of Rs 225).

Thanks to your common man oriented education policies & transparent nursery admission, my ward got selected to a much better school & without any donation. I can't thank the Delhi Government for this in any words.

When I reached out to them for a refund, they said it can be done only once the session starts in April 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid Situation, none of the schools were open & I tried to contact multiple people from School but all leads to no help.

Even I cried over the phone to one of their teachers due to money needs in Covid times as my mother was hospitalized for about 12 days in the event of a crisis, but all those requests went in vain. They said once the schools will open, we will process.

As per the latest announcement to open schools in Feb, I randomly visited the school. I requested the refund processing.

On first approach, they said the school is not providing any refunds as of now. When I tried to escalate, they said you give the application & we will look into it. On this, they refused to give any receipt for the application. I feel I was entitled for the receipt for the application, if I am submitted formally.

By their approach, I didn't feel their willingness to provide the refund. Though, we agreed to wait for 1 week so that Ms. Monica from Mother Pride (Deepali) can cross check with their management.

After One week, on Monday, Ms Priya from Presidium called up in the evening around 6:34 PM (on whatsapp so that I can't record the call), and spoke rudely that you have to come to discuss tomorrow by 1 PM. The discussion was in the direction like either their way or highway.
Unfortunately I was away to Mumbai due to some critical work, Once I came back & called Ms Priya, she just said she is not having any notification from management on this.

I am considering this money as lost but I feel this is my solemn duty to inform the wrong doings from any school, which can change the mindset of such a good education system of Delhi residents.

Another case (not so important) but I like to highlight
Mothers Pride collects Rs 2000 (without receipt) on pretext of providing dresses to kids to perform in Annual Function. But my ward (& some other kids) were not provided any dresses. When I checked from School Teacher (Ms. Richa), who collected these Rs 2000, she confirmed that it will be refunded & maintained the same thing from last 2 Years since the session ended.

When I went for a refund for that too, they refused. Even the same teacher refused on face.

I just want to highlight here, how much money they are collecting from so many students across multiple branches on the pretext of Annual Function Dresses on India Level & that too without any receipt.

मैं संजय कुमार, S/o श्री बुध रतन, उम्र 40 साल, House No. 547 A, Sector 3, R.K. Puram, New Delhi - 110022 का निवासी हूँ। मैंने साल[protected] सेशन के लिए अपनी बेटी कायरा रत्न का एड्मिशन Mother’s Pride School की मुनिरका ब्रांच मे MPRS स्कीम में करवाया था। इस स्कीम के अनुसार मैंने एड्मिशन के समय 2, 25000/- रूपये स्कूल मे जमा करवाये थे और मासिक फीस 3000/- रूपये थी। ये 2, 25000/- रूपये सेक्युर्टी राशि थी जिसके बदले में स्कूल ने हमें एक पीडीसी चेक देना था और इस राशि को स्कूल द्वारा हमें अप्रैल 2020 तक वापस लौटना था। परंतु आज 1 साल से अधिक समय बीतने के बाद भी स्कूल ने मुझे MPRS स्कीम की सेक्युर्टी राशि वापस नहीं की है, और ना ही इसका कोई पीडीसी चेक अभी तक दिया है।

श्रीमान जी, अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से दी सेक्युर्टी वापस लेने के लिए इस दौरान मैंने स्कूल के अकाउंट ब्रांच, ग्रीविन्स सेल, मुनिरका ब्रांच, स्कूल की चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता और सभी संबन्धित अधिकारियों से मिला मुख्यतः: श्रीमती प्रिया बोस, श्रीमती अर्चना, श्रीमती नेहा वत्स, श्रीमती दिया मेहता, श्रीमती तन्नू) परंतु बार बार पेमेंट देने के आश्वासन के बाद भी मुझे मेरी पेमेंट नहीं दी गई। इस दौरान स्कूल के कई अधिकारियों ने मुझसे मिल कर और फोन पर पेमेंट देने के लिए कहा, परंतु कभी पेमेंट नहीं दी है। श्रीमान जी, आखरी बार हमें 12 फरवरी को Mother’s Pride School से श्रीमती जाग्रति का कॉल आया था, उन्होने हमे बताया की वो चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता के कहने पर कॉल कर रही है और हम जल्दी ही आपकी सेक्युर्टी राशि आपको वापस कर देंगे, परंतु बाद मे पैसे वापस करने की बजाय वो इस सेक्युर्टी को किसी दूसरे बच्चे की फीस मे एडजस्ट करने की बात करने लगी। जब मैं इस एडजस्टमेंट के लिए नहीं माना और मैंने अपनी जरूरत और मजबूरी बताते हुए पैसे लेने के लिए ही कहा तो उन्होने कहा की वो चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता से इस पर बात करके जल्दी ही मुझे बता देगी और पैसे वापस कर देंगे। परंतु इस बात को भी अब लगभग 6 महीने बीत चुके है और हमारे पैसे हमें अभी तक नहीं लौटाए गए है। श्रीमान जी, Mothers Pride स्कूल इस तरह से हमारे जैसे कई माता-पिता के पैसे धोखे से ले कर अब वापस नहीं कर रहा है। इस प्रकार स्कूल द्वारा हमारे और हमारे जैसे कई अभिभावकों के साथ धोखाधड़ी और आपराधिक न्याय भंग किया जा रहा है।

श्रीमान जी, अत: आपसे निवेदन है की कृपया करके Mother’s Pride स्कूल की चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता, इसकी मैनेजमेंट और स्कूल के डाइरेक्टर आदि के विरुद्ध आवश्यक कानूनी कार्यवाही करने की कृप्या करे और हमारी मेहनत की कमाई से दी गई राशि वापस दिलाने मे हम जैसे पीड़ित अभिभावकों की मदद की जाये।

Investment made in name of Neerja Chawla as representative of Mother's pride. The money invested was in year 2017 and withdrawl request pending since 2018 and not returned till now....

We had registered our child at time of her birth as they offered us that your seat will be registered and in case of fees hike, school will not charge extra fees but, when our chilg turns 3 we migrated to another city so we ask them to pay our money back as it was refundable amount of 4500.we paid 5000 to them, its been 1.6 years, we did not get our money back, Mothers pride school are predators, please don't fall in to their trap.

We have not received the refundable amount of admission fee which we have submitted approximately 2 years ago. Our child is not studying in this school. Many times i have contacted to Administrator(Mothers Pride- Deepali Chowk) of this school and she always says we cannot give your money back until school Open. My concern is when School is comfortable in taking fee from parents then why they are not refunding the money. We need our money back and feels like we are begging. This is not the way to hold the money of needy people.

I Rashmi falswal had joined Mother's pride play school new colony branch gurugram in year 2014 and I quit in the year March 2016 . After some time when Applied for my PF amount the organisation that is mother's pride not is not approving my KYC for the PF amount. This is the main reason of my complaint. I would request to take some action against this school and help me to take out my PF amount as soon as possible.
