Based on our latest discussion held with school management I am writing and kindly note Bachpan franchise center Bachpan Kempapura Bangalore is completely insecure as kid often run outside while delivering kids to parents and gate is not well locked and housekeeping maid Ms Laxmi failed to maintain the gate locked always.The housekeeping personal never checked ID card while dispatching kids and only released based on known face which is again a threat.Also kid are not helped to have food as my kid often come without any tiffin had at school as his tiffin box and water bottle is always full.My kid is getting weak day by day.I had escalated to center head(Keerthi) but seems she is less interested for any action.She is only busy with Telugu parents rather talking to any North Indians like me.If I find no improvement within a week, may be replacement with suitable maid and proper security personal at gate I will withdraw my kid from Bachpan with refunds for the entire money I paid till date.

I am a mother of a 3 yr old boy who was admitted in bachpan pre school kalyan nagar bangalore branch. My son from last month was really unhappy to go to school after he comes back from school, he would sit quietly in a corner lost and would not talk. Also, he had learnt foul words from school, i raise this to the principal farheen shabad's attention. However, on the 14th dec 2016 in the evening i took his to bathroom to wash him after potty. He complained of pain this he had said a lot of times and i misunderstood that for constipation all these days. But on the 14th dec evening i sat him down and spoke to him that is when my heart broke to hear that my son was physically assaulted by his class teacher, usma. How can a woman do this to a child when she is a mother herself. She cannot called a monster there isn't a word to describe these people living in our society. I went to the school and asked for cctv footage and the coordinator henna said due to high voltage 10 days back the data was completely lost (How convenient). I seeked legal help and called the police. I am writing this to spread the word please be aware, i never thought it could happen to my child.

My son (Saransh) is studying in play group, mohali branch. He is just 2 ½ year old.

My son fell down from swing on 16th nov’16.

All this happened in the presence of school staff.

But nobody has informed us. Even he was crying in bus also as confirmed by bus staff today.

Yesterday i. E 17th nov’16, when we went to hospital, doctor has confirmed that fracture is there in left arm.

Now school staff is giving excuses that they hold the baby when he was falling down.

How can it possible that baby got factured when he was properly handled? Nobody will believe on this statement.

We don’t want to continue in such school where there is such a poor response from staff. Please refund entire fee which we have paid till date alongwith reimbursement of expenses towards treatment.

My neice is my daughter is in play group opp. Douji ram nursery, pathankot, punjab - 145023. Very worst experience. They are very rude. Teachers shouted in front of my sister and law to her (Chup chap beta ja utthey, nahi tho chaped padegi). This is not acceptable when my sister in law complain the same to the principle she took all the books back and refund the money to her without even talking to her.

This kind of behavior is not acceptable from such a school, please take necessary action against the teacher & principle as my neice is in trauma and she is crying and scared.

My daughter is in play group kharghar.very worst expirience .Theyare very rude. My daughter was once left alone unattainded.once her diaper was overflow and they didn't bother to change it she fell sick for 15 days down with high fever complaining about this staff was very rude.even aaya is also worst curse the kids.staff is rude with parents also especially miss jigna and miss vaibhavi they all lie very nicely. This is what they are going to teach kids. Afterccomplaint all about they say it happens in school. IT'S a common thing.very pathetic staff no standard at all principal is worst.always complaining behind back of each parents.no manners at all.i request all parents not to take admission in bachpan at least in this branch.

My son studies in Bachpan, Chintal in hyderabad. I had given a letter asking them to give me a bonafide certificate stating that my son is a student of this school. They flatly refused stating that bonafides are issued only after the year ends i.e. after final exams. I need this for applying to other schools for grade 1. Can someone let me know if bonafide cannot be issued during the year?

My daughters are studying in Bachpan / Academic Heights School Karimnagar, Telangana. School staff are beating kids which is not yet all acceptable. My daughter with the fear is not ready to go school. When I said her 'I will talk to Principal about this', It was the principal who beat her. Many of Parents have same kind of complain about school. Could you please let me know How I can take it Forward.

I AM A PARENT WHO IS FACING A HUGE PROBLEM IN MY SON'S BACHPAN SCHOOL. A NEW BACHPAN SCHOOL BRNCH HAS BEEN OPENED IN SHEOPUR PIN CODE 476337, BUT THEIR IS NO FACILTY IN SCHOOL AS SUCH PROVIED IN PROSPECTUS.. and one most imp point "THEIR IS NO FACLITY OF TOILET IN SCHOOL AND ALSO VAN IS HIRED FROM A THIRD PARTY SCHOOL, , THEIR IS NO SECURITY ARRANGMNT IN THIS VAN... " IF A CHILD FALLS FROM SCHOOL VAN I WILL PUT ALL SCHOOL MANAGEMNET TO COURT .. SCHOOL MANAGEMNT IS SO RUDE ABT HIS POLICY.. THEIR IS NO DOCTOR CHK UP, , NO GOOD FACULTY IN SCHOOL.. Sir/Madam, My daughter has been taken admission in play group in Bachpan School (5 A 43 Kudi Housing Board Jodhpur) on 06.09.2014. On 11.09.2014 we have visited to the school to take admission back due to transport problem and not care of child properly etc. (A copy of the fee receipt is attached fir your reference please). But the school authority assure just give one month to the school, all thing will be settled. Meanwhile we had asked about combo kit on the same day. But answer was received, we give you soon. Till date we have not received. One day, I had visited the school to meet with the principal, he was taking breakfast on his office table. he saw me and order to peon not want to meet right now. They had arranged a separate auto for our child in which she is travelling alone with auto driver at the seat of driver with him. When we told to the school authority about it, they told us it is starting when baby will settled, she will come with all students. Auto Driver pick up my Child at 9:30 am some time 10:00 am and return to my home at 11:30 am. She is going school hardly 1:45 hrs only. Today, we are waiting of auto and it not come till 10:00 am then we go to school and reported for the same. But the school authority miss-behave with us and not to ask to auto driver why he has not pick up the child? We are not happy with the management of school. After lots of discussion, we take the decision that we want refund of fee and not interested in this school. School staff of Bachpan play school of Meeradham Jawahar Housing Society, Civil Lines, Solapur, Maharashtra 413003. School staff is treating students of 1-2 years old kids of play group by beating them and school authority, staff, is misbehaving to parents of the students while asking about why they are beating to small kids of play group which are age of 1-3 . Scars of beating the students are shown to school principle which is not taking any action and in return they are defending school staff and misbehaving with parents . I A.B Dupargude asks to please take action against the school, organisation, school staff.

I have very strong complaint against Bachpan Play Schools franchisee at Magarpatta Hadapsar.

There are couple of issues from hygiene at daycare, to sudden shift in premises without any previous information. Sudden rise in cost thrice in last six months. unnecessary burdening parents with transport cost. and most important reluctance in pick-up drop in school . My child who is studying in Pawar Public School, Amanora had to miss his school couple of times due to this attitude of the maids and teachers at Bachpan Day Care. There are several other pity issues.

Now as due to all this we had decided to change the day care, we are not getting the refund of money. (nothing of that sort "Non-Refundable" is mentioned on receipts of monthly fees.
