Bachpan Play School — careless behaviour and recklessness

My child ayansh is in bachpan, siwan. Today he had a quarrel with one of the classmates, and got hurt his head with bruises and blood coming out.
When the child reached home we found blood clot on his head.
Dont the school have a first aid box and shouldn't they inform the guardian about the incident.
How can a play school be such irresponsible
