We pay second term fees for 3 months including breakfast i.e, 10, 400/-… from the November month due to some issue we relocate from maninagar to nikol.. and they can not refund my money they said they tried but company is not resoponded positive for refund…...

Dear Ajay Gupta / Bachpan Play School Head Office,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern about the behaviour of the teachers and principal at the Shradhapuri, Kanker Khera Meerut, Uttar Pradesh branch of Bachpan Play School, located near my residence. My daughter, Demira Gupta, is a student at this school.

Unfortunately, I have experienced repeated incidents o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from the teachers and principal, which have left me disturbed and worried about my child's well-being.

Incidents:

1.⁠ ⁠Verbal abuse: Teachers have used harsh language with me during interactions, including yesterday's PTM.
2.⁠ ⁠Torture and fear: My daughter was subjected to physical and emotional torture by a teacher in April, causing her to fear attending school for two months.
3.⁠ ⁠Principal's indifference: When I reported the incident, the principal refused to take action.

Yesterday's Incident:

During the PTM, I expressed concerns about my daughter's performance. Today, when I visited the school to picked her up, the same teacher yelled at me, blaming my daughter for not doing homework. Her behaviour was unacceptable, resembling a street fight.

Expectations:

As a parent, I entrusted Bachpan Play School with my child's education and well-being, expecting:

1.⁠ ⁠Highly educated and well-mannered staff.
2.⁠ ⁠A safe and nurturing environment.
3.⁠ ⁠Professional communication.

Instead, I've encountered:

1.⁠ ⁠Unqualified and ill-mannered teachers.
2.⁠ ⁠A hostile and intimidating atmosphere.
3.⁠ ⁠Disregard for parental concerns.

I request:

1.⁠ ⁠Immediate action against the teacher responsible for the torture and verbal abuse.
2.⁠ ⁠Principal's replacement for failing to address parental concerns.
3.⁠ ⁠Formal apology and compensation for the emotional distress caused to my child and me.

If I don't receive a satisfactory response within 72 hours, I will be forced to:

1. Share my experience on social media and review platforms.
2.⁠ ⁠File a formal complaint with relevant authorities.

I hope Bachpan Play School takes my complaint seriously and takes prompt action to address these issues.

Sir/Madam, My daughter has been taken admission in play group in Bachpan School (House no 9. Kalpna bhawan collectorganj Fatehpur) previously my experience was good but recently new counsellor joined her name is Shaziya khan she is really unprofessional and not having manners to talk to parent's she use to misbehave with parents and representing the school image in bad way.
Previously counsellor was good but Shaziya use to do loose talk with parensts.
She said naam katva lijiye apne bacche ka.
My mistake was only that I asked about my daughter study and she is not properly finishing her lunch box at school and no one is even checking either student's are taking lunch at time or not.
I asked many time to the class teacher and counsellor but Shaziya (Counselor) started misbehave with me.

Refused my child admission saying that he is not involved with others and spoil other kids that is not expected. Director is so rude.

This is to bring to your notice that there is an outstanding payment due on Bachpan Playschool Hyderabad (all 72+ franchises) for INR 38 Lakhs for products supplied by Milagrow Nuts P. Ltd, order dated-May'2024 and the overdues has already crossed 75+days.

Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the issue of wearing. bindi on forehead has become a greater issue in the school being a orthodox family it is very necessary in the hindu community by this the school teacher has started harassing my child G V madhusiti, i have complained to the principal but no action has been taken later on one day some student had hit hardly on the eye of my child in the school bus her eye turned red in color I wrote a complaint on diary and met the principal directly with my wife wer we again requested to take care of the child but she refused to take action and she didnt inform wat action has been initiated on that boy. the boy recurringly started to afraid my child and the teacher started abusing her in front of other children for wearing bindi and started laughing at my child and made her shame for wearing bindi and one day i went to school for requesting computer teacher for not to hit her for not bringing the book she started to abuse my child in front of me and discouraging her by making jokes and laughing at her the same was repeated with the other child baby G. V. Aishwarya who studies L.K.G in the same school teacher hits her and draws a star at her hand and consoles her one day we came to know about this and we stopped our children by going to school. This has been affecting many students and causing a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I believe that immediate action needs to be taken to address this problem and find a solution that will ensure that all students are able to learn and study in a safe and healthy environment.

Secondly, I am also concerned about misbehavior of the teachers and Principal against my children has been impacting my children education and the education of other classmates, and I believe it is important for the school administration to take steps to rectify the situation. I would like to request that the necessary resources and support be made available to students who are struggling in this area.

Lastly, I would like to express my disappointment with reckless behavior of the teachers and Principal against my children. As a parent, I believe that such incidents have no place in our school and should not be tolerated. I would like to request that measures be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, and that appropriate action be taken against those responsible.

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the level of noise generated by activities at preschool, located in our residential layout ( MCHS Layout, Jakkuru, Bengaluru, KA 560064)

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed a significant increase in the volume of music during outdoor playtime and events at the premises. While I understand the importance of creating a lively and engaging environment for the children, the noise levels have become disruptive to the peace and tranquility of our residential area.

I kindly request that you take immediate steps to address this matter and implement measures to reduce the noise impact on the surrounding residents. This could include adjusting the volume levels, relocating activities to an indoor space, or using soundproofing measures.

I believe that it is crucial to maintain a harmonious coexistence between the preschool and the local community. I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt action to alleviate the noise concerns.

This is regarding Bachpan School Faizabad. Bachpan school is a brand name. How can you appoint a person on principal's post can't even speak in English. Here we have undergraduate teachers on reference basis. The school is running on with committee members wish only. If a guardian asks for name withdrawal of their ward the school authorities doesn't even tries to retain. Request you to please look into the matter because number of students is decreasing day by day here and there is nothing on the name of personality development of kids here.
Moreover they call their relatives as judges on special occasions who doesn't even have any knowledge about the competition task. The school is running on personal relationships more than professional. Since the time Renu Sawlani joined here as a principal the quality of school is deteriorating day by day. Now she has hired her daughter as teacher who is undergraduate. Lot of communication gap among teachers. The school seems to be nothing more than anganbadi.

I have worked as a teacher in Bachpan Play School Hauz Khas. Due to some personal reason I resigned on 10th/Oct/2023 from my post. It was not an easy decision for me to leave.
I am writing to let you know that I did not get my salary for the month of September 2023. Despite the fact that I have formally submitted my resignation letter to them in which I have also mentioned my concern regarding my pending salary for the month of September but they did not do anything about it. I have always done my work with determination and professionally. As per the salary cycle, they should have been credited my salary before the date of my resignation, that should not be taken for granted. This is not the right way to run an organisation, where you cannot pay your employee. If they cannot pay salary to their teachers then they should not hire that many teachers, this is highly unprofessional.

श्रीमान मैं लड़की का एडमिशन अप्रैल में किया था तब मुझे बताया कि फीस 20, 000 है और बाकी का हर महीने का 2500 बताया था तो हमारी बात vs प्रिंसिपल से हुई थी की मैं सिर्फ 3 मंथ के लिए एडमिशन ले रहा हु अगर इस से ज्यादा दिन रहूंगा तो मैं पूरी फीस और हर महीने का फीस दे दूंगा

I had no idea this school was so money minded. My child finished Nursery at this school and spent the summer at his grandmother's house. We learned that LKG begins on June 1st, and we arrived in Bangalore on May 31st.

Bachpan play school which is recently opened in our residential layout, MCHS Layout, KV Jairam road, Jakkur 560064, the staff are playing very loud music which is creating nuisance for neighbours as there are senior citizens and other working professionals working from home. As it is a residential area we expect some peace residing over here. On an note it is highly difficult for us to concentrate on work and our grandparents have to use cotton buds to cover the ear due to this loud music. We feel we are in cinema hall or some commercial area. Requesting to take immediate action to avoid such loud music since it is residential area not some commercial area.
