I have made online payment of my property tax for 2020 -21. However, i did not get a receipt for it online. I checked the site for the bill, but it does not show the details. The money has been deducted from my bank account though.

I had given name change request in my property tax. Same is still pending from 2019. How many years does it take for name change request.
