Garbage not lifted by Municipal staff from last 4 months...

Mall plaza chal and shree samarth nagar chal ye dono building ke log karjat road par kachra dal rahe hai kachare ka ambar laga huwa hai koi dekhnewala nahi hai sir ye kachra uthakar dumping ground par dalwaye and ye dono building wale se kharcha wasul kare

I m complaining for Garbage not pick up from our society since last 5 days at Dharti tower manjarli chowk Badlapur west..It happens since last 1month that Garbage vehicle came within a week due to this reason society seeing very dirty...

In a week only one times vehicle come for put up garbage...

आम्हीं राहत असलेल्या सोसायटी मध्ये श्री. विक्रम मेहता ह्यांनी त्यांचे दुकान न. ०८ येथे हॉटेल कल्पना हे कोणत्याही प्रकारची परवानगी आणि भाडे करार न देताच हॉटेल सुरू केले आहे. तिथेच गॅस वर पदार्थ तयार होत असतात तेंव्हा आग प्रतिबंधक वगैरे परवानग्या न घेताच आणि त्या अनुषंगाने असणारी कागद पत्र सोसायटी ऑफिस मधे जमा न करता होटेल सुरु केले आहे. आपणं त्या बाबत विचारणा करावी यासाठी हे पत्र.
त्यांना भाडे करार देण्यासाठी आम्हीं पत्र पाठवले आहे च परंतु त्यावर उत्तर आले नाही.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the poor quality of roads in my locality Baravi dam road and manjarli. As a resident of Manjarli, I have been facing a lot of inconvenience due to the poor condition of the roads. The roads are filled with potholes and are uneven, making it difficult to commute.
I requesting to gov please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

KBMC has not been dealing with this uncontrolled menace on station roads. They have kept a blind eye to these vendors. There needs to be a limit of them to accomodate. It was initially 1 line, now have switched to 2 lines on the road. Does the municipal care to intervene and solve this matter once and for all. The way you have done for illegal shops and rickshaw stand for home platform. Is it that when central government intervenes then you would work?

There are many illegal migrant vendors below the flyover of Badlapur Railway station. These vendors are during the peak time working hours which becomes difficult for the local people to move while going to station or taking a rickshaw.

This need to be intervened as soon as possible and the provided area to be vacated.

In Badlapur Municipal Corporation — Property Tax Paid
on 28.11.2021
I have made online payment of my property tax. The money has been deducted from my bank account though. However, I have not received receipt/ acknowledgement for online payment. I checked the site for the bill, but it does not show the details.

My asset number is 16000033. Please advise.

I have transferred the amount of Rs. 3565/- on 26th November, 2021 but I have not received any receipt from the site & the amount debited from my Bank of India Account and again I paid same amount then payment is successful. I paid double amount so I need refund for failed amount.

kindly requesting you to please look into this issue because it is affecting to our health very badly.

There is Dumping ground is made in last two month just behind our building ( sarvodaya square, Near Dental college, Jambhul phata road)
As we just brought our dream house here with lots of saving and it was very disappointing when OC Approved building has dumping ground just near to the project.

The smell is really unbearable. we even cant breath sometime and it is affecting to our health. we are joint family and my grandmother and father even children's are facing too much health issue due to this dumping smell.

its a request please help us and remove this dumping because as we know we want a healthy country and here more than 40000 people life is in danger.

please look into this issue on priority .

Last three months manjarli ( W) (near shivam RESIDENCY ) street light is not working we have facing lots of problem at night and drinking water problems also, water pressure is very slow in manjarli area we are arrange water tanker in rainy season then what will happen in summer area so pl take immediate action on that .I hope the problem will solve positively thank you

I have transferred amount of Rs. 4195/- on 13th August, 2021 but I have not received any receipt from the site & the amount is showing as outstanding till now.
Amount has been debited from my account but till now the site it is not showing any details.

Dear sir please can you send some one to stop water leakage outside our Indrapuri building gate also barrage road big water pipe is water is leaking there too much water is getting waste I had informed nagarpalika still. Water supply issue last 7 days in Ambedkar chowk, Katrap. No body caring other locations supply is normal. Please help us.

There is a wastefull water logging opposite of badlapur station area in the east side due to normal rainfall itself.
In the month of june they had completed contrcution work opp of east railwat gate where they havent thought for the water logging issue and they had blocked the outflow of the water, earlier there was a sewage system where we haven faced the issue
i kindly request you to see upon the issue as we stay in the main point section of badlapur and we face the issue
so kindly do the needfull as soon as possible

The Mangal murti CHS i and surrounding area of Belawali s facing acute.shortage water supply.
The supply of water on alternative days makes inconvenience.to.citizens. If sufficient water is.not available why KBMC is issuing permission to new building constructions. It should be Stop immediately.else.citizen are going to file petition in the High court. Concern please note.

Thru axis bank debit card, but i have not received reciept Or any acknowledgement

Property tax payment done however it's still reflecting as not paid and I have received any update on my complaint.

I have made online payment of my property tax for 2020 -21. The money has been deducted from my bank account though. However, I have not received receipt/ acknowledgement for online payment. I checked the site for the bill, but it does not show the details.
It is not upgrade also.

so I am requesting you to please help me .

I paid my property tax in Jan2019 & also in Jan2020. I didn't get any receipt & the payment was shown as not cleared. I complaint on 15th Aug 2019 & no action till date. Again JAn2020 I paid & again same issue. Payment not updated & now asking me to pay huge amount with late payment.
If they cannot take action, then why online complaint is available for badlapur municipal corporation.

Even name change complaint was lodged & is also not taken care in last 2 years.

What a inefficiency
