They trap you in the name of being a part of successful franchise and take hefty amount and make false promise you to give huge returns however, you get trapped once you handover the amount. They give you one sided contract and force you to sign on it. They force you to pay monthly part of income and in case you fail then they start forcing you to handover the center to head office. When you do not get returns on your investment then only option is to leave center and accept huge loss but they would not leave you in your lose too and force you to pay 5-6 lakhs for premature surrender. Once you raise your voice against them then they will drag you into false molestation charges and you will be forced to accept all demands. Their business model is totally failed and fraud. There is an association which stood up legally against fraud business practices of bafel.

Bahut hi ghatiya institute hai, gurgawn branch join kiya tha maine aur puri fees pay ki, 3months class join karne k bad v aaj mai whi hu jha thi, 3months me 10teacher change hue... Aur whi repeated things again and again. Yha paise leke bas bewkuf banate hai aur apne logo se acche review dalwate hai, yha time and money wast karne se vadhiya self study kr lo, youtube kr lo jyade sikh jaoge.

Bafel academy pvt ltd doing extortion, tax evasion, fraud with franchisee and landlord -
This is to bring to your notice that bafel academy pvt ltd a company based out of new delhi is not only doing tax evasion but also blackmailing its landlords when asked to vacate as per the contract.
Firstly they do not take the entire payment from the franchisee in cash. Whereby showing only 60% of the payment in books. Then they confiscate the franchise saying they have not lived up to the terms and conditions. Thereby confiscating the entire money along with the infrastructure money which is refundable in total as per agreement.
They also sell study material without any receipts. No trace of any sale made. They did not charge service tax till before gst was rolled out.
They manipulate their books and inflate the marketing expenses to cut down profits whereby another case of tax evasion.
As per contract if asked to vacate by the landlord they demand money to vacate threatening them with dire consequences in court. Not only are they forever late in paying rent they infact stop paying rent totally in order to put stress financially on the landlord when asked to vacate.
Request you to kindly take strict and appropriate action against this company so that it cannot cheat amyone else. Be it the landlord or the franchisee..

No staff member is trained by BAFEL. They just bluff. The study material they provide costs Rs.500 which is copied from various sources. They say that there are around 100 centres but almost 70-80 of them are shut down due to their high pricing and lack of staff who run away . The greatest mistake I did was to join my nephew in BAFEL. And there was a guy in the centre who forced me to pay the registration fees and forcibly took me to the ATM to withdraw money and pay. They are just fit to train street vendors and prisoners. There are many centres which teach english for just Rs750 which are better and we can attend these courses multiple times to improve, which would still cost less. Shame on you BAFEL

I Manpreet Singh Pannu writing complaint regarding Bafel Institute Noida .
I Enrolled for IELTS batch Oct. It was very bad experience . Teacher provided to me was not familair with the IELTS . They only focus on solving question papers which are available on the internet . They don't provide any extra knowledge . Teacher quality is very poor!!
I don't suggest anybody to go BAFEL.

I have joined english speaking advance course in bafel laxmi nagar & paid full fees of 3 months course, i.e. 6500 Rs.

I have attended classes for 1 week but did not find it useful. Trainer gossip with students all the time & many students were not satisfied with those classes. It was just waste of money & time. I have left the classes & asked for refund, trainer said "refund is not possible but you can attend your rest classes...

I registered myself in Bafel, Patel Nagar last month. After that I discontinued my coaching because I was not satisfied.

1. Their teachers are unable to solve the problem of a student properly
2. Teachers often come late to the class
3. They teach you bad English

I ask other to never join this training centre if you want to learn good English.

British Academy for English Langauge, jinki web site hai (http://bafel.co.in) ke bare mein main aap ko kuch batana chahta hu. Maine apne bete (9 years old) ki admission Tilak Nagar is institute me March, 2009 mein yeh sochkar kari the ki woh yaha se apni school holiday mein kuch sekhe ga. Admission ke time bahut kuch kaha gaya ki hum yeh course kraege hum yeh karege aur puri 3 mahine ki fees li gaye. Jab mera beta padne ke liye jane laga to use pata chalta tha ki teen mahine mein use course ke doran kam se kam 8-10 teacher chainge hue hai woh bata tha ki har mahine nayi teacher aati hai maine kaha ki koi baat nahi hume to padne se matlab hai per jab usese pata chala ki padai ke naam per kuch nahi hota to bahut bura laga. Ab koi yeh soche ki 1 course mein agar itne teacher change hoge to koi kya padega aur koi kya padaega. Dusri baat admission ke time bataya gaya ki aap ke bete ko sutdy material diya jaye ga, study material ke naam per use keval 1 note book, 1 book aur 1 bage diya gaya tha uske saath course kane wale bacho ko 2 books di gaye jab maine is bare mein kaha to mujhe kaha gaya ki aap ne apni puri fees nahi di hogi jab maine unse full paid fees ki receipt dekhai to unhone agle din mere bete ko 1 book aur di magar very next day usse vapis le li puchne per koi javab nahi mila. Kisi tarha jab course June 2009 mein course complete hua to maine course ka certificate manga to kaha gaya ki Director out-of-station hai next week aap ko call kiya jayega aap aa kare collect kar le. Jab mujhe kai dino tak phone nahi aya to main 30th July, 2009 ko waha gaya aur certificate mangne per mujhe jo kaha gaya to main chok gaya. Mujhse kaha gaya ki aap ke bete ko Test dena hoga jab maine kaha ki yeh baat aap ko pehle batani chaiye thie yah course complete hone per Test lena chaiye tha tab kaha gaya ki yeh circular abhi aya hai. Maine aaj tak aisa koi bhi course nahi dekha jo 1 mahine pehle khatam ho gaya ho aur uska test 1 mahine baat liya jaye woh bhi tab jab aap waha ja kar apne certificate di demand kare hai na chokne wali baat.
