I am Sravanthi Chaganti (SRO0597714), ca final. I ordered my books on ICAI CDS portal on 30th of July and still did not receive them. It has been more than 20 days, whereas the Estimated Delivery given is usually within 12 Working Days

We hired a chartered accountant and we had a company as a partnership company and later the same got converted to a Pvt ltd company
the chartered accountant when he submitted the profit and loss and account along with balance sheet did not provide the cash flow statement and he indicated our company was a small company although our turnover exceedded 2 crores, ( a copy of letter attached ) as sent by him
for FY18-19

he also charged us Rs 25000 as Audit fees for partneship co ( FY 18-19 ) although audit is not mandatory for a turn over of less than 1 crore as per income tax laws, a for a turn over of Rs 45 lakhs in addition to Rs 25000 for consultancy for which he provided no consultancy service . since the profit is above 8 % we fall under 44 AB and 44AD for exenption under that banner.it . we had not demanded any audit, if so he should have explained the law.

I have met a Chartered Accountant in 2020. The Chartered Accountant name is Anil Singla M.no. 091341 and FRN 0012498N. At the time of joining, he says that he will learn me the work of Chartered Accountant (Auditing, ITR, GST return, TDS return). So I joined him on these conditions. There is oral agreement between us is for 2 Assessment Years. But till the end of the 2nd Assessment year, I can only type an Audit Report but can't detect fraud in accounts. I have said this issue many times, but ignored. As he is a Relative friend and time of agreement coming to over, so I continued for that time. At the end of the 2nd Assessment Year, he offered me some salary that is very low so I refused. So, he used abusive words. On this reaction, I asked him the payment of the work done by me. Then he physically hurt me and with his family, he threatens to kill me. I want that a strict action should be taken against such a CA. Either he should be prohibited to do practice of CA I future or the payment of services given by me should be paid. The period of my services is 15 months. On the Name of CA his nephew Rahul Singla( a lawyer) is managing the office. I would like to complain against both of them.

I orderd ca inter financial management and economics books. I received today after 40 days. But in financial management iam not received module 2 . My order id:[protected]. My exams in may. Iam trying to contact they are not responded. Please send my fm module 2 through post.

Sir, I A.Sreekanth from Chennai, cleared my CA foundation in Dec 2021 attempt. I had registered for CA inter both the groups on 16th Feb 2022( Wednesday).
I haven't received any confirmation with regards to it and the status still shows as "Verifier".

I ordered CA final group 2 books in icai.cdsand there I got an order no.[protected] and my awb. No AGR[protected].
But I got a mail from icai.[protected]@tpcnetwork.in your Courier has been sent.. But I received intermediate group 2 books....

Books not provide no refund money

Payment have been made under exam application fee, for which money has been deducted amounting ₹1500, but payment status is shown as not paid.
Also, previously, payment has been made for the verification of certified copies, for which amount is deducted from the bank but payment is declined

I registered my self with icai on 23 june 2020, however i received my registration no. Within 24 hour, but i did not got any type of mail or message regarding my study material which is delivered by icai. My registration no. S [protected]@icai.org

Bank of india csp ke liye mai 15000 rs diya tha jo abhi tak paisha nahi mila aur bank bhi chalu nahi ho paya jishka shilp bhi hai jo neft ke madhyam se bheja tha. Call karte karte pareshan ho gaya last me chhor diya hu.
Company kahti hai ki paishe worker ke account me paisha daliye lekin company ke account pe dalne ke bad ye log hal karte jayenge logo ka bharosha uthte chala jayega company wale se.

I am m leonnoel (Sro0679133). I have applied for intermediate may2020 on 31 august 2019. My account has been debited with rs 18200 as registration fees but i didn't received any message regarding my registration. My status is showing still pending and its been 15 days. I have sent a lots of email and i have been to icai for about 5 to 6 times and they are giving a email in which i did not receive any reply from them. I have login in e sahaayatta also there also they say your problem is resolved but i didn't get any message. They are not giving a working solution i neither get back the money nor i have received messages that i have successfully registered. Please help me with this issue

I registered with icai for ca foundation course on 30th june 2019. I wished to cancel my registration due to some personal circumstances. I demanded a refund of my fees as i neither availed any services like issuing the icai books nor verified any documents with them. I e-mailed them for the same within the 3 days of my registration but there was no response from them. I also visited the head office of icai to get a refund but they even refused to give a partial refund.

I was registering myself as an article assistant with the institute of chartered accountants of india. ₹ 2000 was deducted from my sib bank account [protected] for registration fees but the registration was not successful. When i tried to register again i was asked make the payment again.
Transaction id:[protected]. The amount has still not been credited back to my account. Please clarify.

This is with regard to payment of my membership fees, membership no: 417860. I have made the payment on 30th september 2018. However the transaction was showing as not received by merchant bank. So to avoid late fees i immediately made payment from other account. However, the amount got deducted from my bank account, and the bank confirmed it as valid transaction. Please confirm that the institute has received double payment and the same will be refunded to me.

Institute is showing as two invoices of membership fees paid for 2018-19 and has neither refunded nor intimated me to refund the same.

I am student of institute of chartered accountant of india. Institute is playing with our future
We are trying and trying but institute is reducing the marks. The student who got workhard theresfter got failure due to institute policy. After spending too much time we have no way to return back. I got work hard from 5 years but now i got failed. My exams were hold very good but my marks has been reduced as to last attempt. I want to complaint against icai. I think icai check the student exams with closed eyes. Icai is playing game with the students future. I am very hurt. I am writing this not only for myself but also for those lakhs of students who have dream in their eyes to be a chartered accountant.
Please do something in this.

I had ordered ipcc indirect taxes book for may 2018 exams on march 17 2018 and also pay money for the same.

14 days are over and till now i didn't get my books. There is no response from either icai or the courier company... They just keep providing different contact number which no one is ready to answer... This is the worst thing to happen with a student.. Our studies are lacking because of this stupidity... Atleast icai should take the responsibility...

Kindly do the needful.

My name is harish and my registration no. Is cro0221687. I have registered for re validation on[protected] for ca final. When i submitted the complaint for not receiving the letter they said it has been sent but after 1 month when i asked that i have not received the hard copy of letter they said that there is no requirement to send this and you can see on icai reprint option. I saw that but in that showing wrong address not updated showing for pcc. When i sent them this as attachment and asked that where is my letter they said we are not fooling you and not use abusing words like this. Please resolve my problem. They are not giving any proof because i have re validate online.
