[Resolved] Bafel — Very bad english coaching by bafel, delhi | |||
I registered myself in Bafel, Patel Nagar last month. After that I discontinued my coaching because I was not satisfied. 1. Their teachers are unable to solve the problem of a student properly 2. Teachers often come late to the class 3. They teach you bad English I ask other to never join this training centre if you want to learn good English. Was this information helpful? | |||

Not only students but also trainers are treated unprofessionally. There is no proper course curriculum or definition of a course flowchart. The centers have just been opened to mint money, making obnoxious promises to students. Teachers are not paid on time, not provided with appointment / offer letter. Also, there are unscrupulous deductions in the trainers' salaries. This information should be enough to dissuade any students from enrolling in any of the BAFEL courses. Also, no trainer should join this chain of ridiculousness.

We have modules for every course in bafel for students as well as for the trainers. The students are not regular and they often forget to bring the books to the classes. Bafel has a sacrosanct day of every month dedicated as salary day for the last 17 years. Professional and proper procedure is followed before a trainer is recruited. Personal shortcomings and lack of knowledge should not be generalized

They are total frauds in every manner . Not just in imparting the education but also in their business ethics . They steal money not only from their students but also their franchisees and landlords. This is their business model in reality . Imparting education is a mask. Tax evasion, cheating students, extortion, blackmailing, cheating franchisee and landlord is their actual business.
Totally agree on how they treat the teachers. Deductions are done as though no one's business. Bonds are made to be signed with all guarantees from the employee and none from them ! They leave no one i guess !

No staff member is trained by bafel. They just bluff. The study material they provide costs rs.500 which is copied from various sources. They say that there are around 100 centres but almost 70-80 of them are shut down due to their high pricing and lack of staff who run away. The greatest mistake i did was to join my nephew in bafel. And there was a gay in the centre who forced me to pay the registration fees and forcibly took me to the atm to withdraw money and pay. They are just fit to train street vendors and prisoners. There are many centres which teach english for just rs750 which are better and we can attend these courses multiple times to improve, which would still cost less. Shame on you

Been there seen it ! All trainers are not trained by them !!! However much they might try to play a blame game here .. they know it and so do the ones who have any kind of a relation with them that all trainers are not trained by them !!!
Just because you are ISO certified does not necessarily mean you are working with full honesty and dignity ! And before playing another blame game on me make sure you talk to your absolute boss about who i am and on what basis i am saying all this !

I am stunned to see so many negative reviews about BAFEL which is considered as the top english spoken institute in India. The possibilities are they are not good now or may be competitors of BAFEL are publishing negative reviews on this website. Anyways, I was there in 2015 and I must say, quality of training was just marvelous. I took admission at Kohat Enclave centre.
I am not among those who are writing decent english here and writing negative reviews for no reason. M sorry to say but I feel awkward to see negative reviews here. BAFEL is just an Institute that teaches you tips and process to increase your communication . It's up to students to work hard and improve english communication. No other Institute can give you better english classes than BAFEL. i can bet you. Anyway I respect other reviewers but my feedback is really good for BAFEL as they have good staff, experience and quality study materials.

Dear Bafel team, I know you are doing very well also you are moving toward success. As you visit all the branches and check the facilities and faculties, I do not know how are you positive about Uttam Nagar branch because there is very causal faculty who do not know how to run an English Language class. I am going to pointing some point you please check and I make sure you will take a serious concern issue and fix it very soon.
1: Frequently they use Hindi in Advance English speaking classes
2: They are not punctual to class, every week at least 2 times they start late classes.
3: They ask to speak but do not make notes to count and mark mistakes that we do in speaking.
4: They are not serious about their profession.
It is a feedback to improve yourself.
Bafel is a brand and I really do not want to see these kinds of careless attitude in Bafel.
