[Resolved] Bag It Today — Damaged items delivered : need refund

I have received a badly damaged kid’s piano from Bagittoday a
few days back (Order no: 33902769 dtd 12.07.14 & invoice number SI717458
dtd 16.07.14). Not only the cabinet is damaged most of the keys were also displaced
and pressed into the main cabinet. No bubble bag or other soft padding was
provided over the cardboard box and inappropriate transport packaging has
caused such extensive damage for sure.
I have already lodged a complaint over phone (no: 1591508)
and spoken to Mr. Rajiv & Mr. Ashish. I have also sent photographs in
support of the above. However, as informed by them they do not have any reverse
pick-up services at our locality and I have to send the material at my own
cost. If they are satisfied, I will get replacement and will reimburse of
courier charge upto Rs 150/-.
However, I have seen numerous complaints of non-refund of
money in website about Bag-it-toady.
Please suggest how can I get the refund as there is every
possibility that damaged goods will be sent once again if I request them for
replacement.
