Bag It Today — Not refunding money

I have ordered a pack of 10 leggings on 12june 2015 & order #34368446. Which was delivered to me on 24th of june. As i open the parcel, the quality of leggings were so worst n cheap like a paper and look like transparent after that my wife try to use one. It was so small .. but i ordered one of free size... so was cheated with the quality n size of the product... after that i filed an online complain on bagittoday on 25th june ((added the screenshot below)) N waiting for the call back from bagittoday services. But i dint recieve any call from them. After that i called on their no. On 27th june on which the representative told me to call later for my query. N she dint call me back. After a day i called again.. n the representative starts blaming me that we dont have any report of you .. you have to change it within 24hours of delivery.. which i did... but he said we dont have any complain of you... n he said im lying... i dint filed any complained within 24hours. But i have a screenshot of my complaint but he still refused to change or refund me. N disconnect the phone... so i complain here to get my refund about the bagittoday.comfraud. Thanx
