The original product (shoes )were not of the size so returned to the company. the points got credited in account. Later New shoes product was ordered of higher value where I was supposed to pay the balance after adjusting the already credit of the points of the returned shoes. The Courier boy has not delivered the product as he was asking for the total payment and not the balance payment as He was not told for the same.
