I have booked a yatra package through bag it today My order no. is 33504519 for the same I payed the required amount of Rs.499 for confirmation of voucher, as this package was for twice so in August after making booking from Yatra.com I asked Bag it today for my second package so that I can pay the required amount of Rs.499, but when I made a call I got the information that my order has been expired as I have to pay the amount within 90 days, I told them you didnt send me any link for the same then they informed me that link was send on 9th january 2014 & I checked the same then I found no link for above said order I received from bag it today & I told them for the same, then they send me another mail for their confirmation that they have send a link on the said date & when I checked the same I found order no. was different against My order no.I was asking for order no. 33504519 & they were asking for payment of order no. 33551906, tell me when I was not known that this is my order no. then how can I make any payment to anyone & if they were changing the order no. then why didnt they informed me for the same so that I can make a payment for the same with this new order no. when I have already paid amount for yatra voucher then Rs. 499 was not a big amount for me to pay, Now I want to know why your team doing such type of stupid things, they have option to make a call as before placing the order lots of call from your office are always there for us & after taking the payment your team behaviour is totally different. Please look into the same & resolve the issue at the earliest.
