[Resolved]  Bag It Today — Regards Refund

I ordered 1 pair of shoes worth rs of 499 from Bagittoday.com, first thing i got product very late and second they send me wrong product which was different from what I ordered. I requested to return they told me to courier the product back to the mention address on my own expense what they will refund me. i did the same (see courier slip and order invoice in attachments) which cost was Rs.465. they promised me to reimburse my money within 7 days but still i did not get either my product or courier charges. I contact them but they are giving preposterous answers. every time they said we will send your check next 7 days but almost 3 weeks over. i did not receive anything. Kindly give a look on this and take required action so that i can get my money back, i will be highly obliged with your assistance. Please do the needful. Summery: 1. Order Date: 20 Jul 2014 2. Order Confirmation: 27 Jul 2014 3. Product Deliver: 03 Aug 2014 4. Product Return on: 07 Aug 2014 5. bagittoday Received product on: 11 Aug 2014 Economic Damage: 1. Product Cost: Rs. 499/- (order invoice is attached) 2. Courier Charges: Rs. 465/- (Courier bill, payment slip sent) Total Sum: Rs. 964/- I want the product which I ordered with courier charges or my total money back as relief which is Rs. 964/-. They have my money more than a month and not returning it back. whenever I try to contact them they said your complain under review we are preparing cheque. 3 weeks are over but they did not able to make my cheque while they promised to dispatch it within 7 days. I want compensation for this fraud, which will be suitable by honorable forum.
