[Resolved]  Bagittoday / India Today Group — Booking (Order) ID: [protected], Non refund of Goods / No Store Credit Points

To start with I would like to say that all the promoters / executives working with BagItToday & India Today group are all / SCOUNDRELS and that had their office been in Mumbai I would have shown them their right place.

Now the incedence: I was assured that on payment of an amount of Rs.12999/-, I would definitely win the contest of Sanyo LED 22" / Sony Ericson Xperia X2 mobile by Mr.Darshan Rawat and Rahul Thakur. Accordingly I paid the amount on 25 March 2013. I had got no information about the winners of Lucky Draw Scheme closing on 31.03.2013. Later on from one of their executives Mr. Surinder Kr. Sharma, I came to know that I was not at all one of their contestants for this promotional. From the items received by paying Rs.12999/-, almost all the Items received are in worst/damaged/useless condition. The details are as follows:

1) The VOX 7"super slim tablet (IC V1283) is not at all functioning/starting/operating. No Operation manual was provided with the Tablet.

2) The market value of Samiya Diamonds K.L.M (IC A1937) is found to be in the range of Rs.4, 000/- only as against minimum of Rs.30, 000/- informed by Mr.Deepak & Mr.Darshan Rawat while promoting the scheme.

3) Buckle of the Rocio Leather Belt (IC R3209) is rusted & also have Rashes. The Duffle bag was already torned out.

I was informed by Mr.Darshan Rawat while promoting the Scheme that I can contact him from 9 to 6 on[protected] /[protected]. But every-time I make a call, I get a reply "The Number is temporarily suspended".

After communications through e-mails, I had sent back the following items:
1. Vox 7" Tablet, 2. Rocio Belt & 3. Rocio Duffle bag on 13 April 2013.

Thereafter, I sent so many mails to them regarding replacement of the products. Every time I used to get the same patented reply from them that
"Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we have taken the matter with the concerned department to get your issue resolved on priority basis. We request you to kindly allow us with the 5-6 working days to resolve the issue. Hope you would understand our limitations and cope up with us. Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance.Assuring you of the best possible services, always."

Finally on 28.08.2013, I received a mail informing me that my order was closed & amount paid by me has been reversed into my BagItToday account and that the credit points are valid for 6 months only. But there were no Store Credits into my account neither they now reply to my e-mails.

Such are these / SCOUNDRELS in BagItToday / India Today group.

I request all the concerned, never deal with these and also the Government should take serious corrective steps to place them behind bars.
