BagItToday — Non Refund of Money

I purchased LOTTO shoes worth Rs. 999/- from bagittoday in NOvember 2013. Did not find it proper. So returned back. I was told that I will not get the refund back but I can buy any product any time since the money would be lying as a credit in my account. Time to time, I was looking at the website but did not buy anything. Today (21.08.2015), just for the sake of my money lying with them, I tried to call them and to my utter surprise, I was told that it was credited to my store credit and it elapsed after 6 months. SO my money is GONE and they deny to refund it back or sell a product of my choice. I requested them to inform me or send me the email in which they informed me that my amount will elapse after 6 months. I have saved all the communication with them but they deny to refund it back. Mr. Raju just old that it could have been refunded that time also but I was denied that time that they cant refund back the money in any case and I would have to buy any other product of my choice any time. What can be done in this case.
