my order ref. is[protected]i had placed online order and pre paid by credit card.as the delivery of items were beyond my requirement i had refused taking delivery. party had informe me by e-mail that I could refuse taking delivery and once items are back refund will be made in 5/7 days.they still say that they ar following my case and will take more 5/7 days.why? they advertise that one can refuse taking delivery.i had not opened any item.
