My order no is #14955 It was a set of 4 suitcases amounting to 1958 rupees. The order was confirmed on 12th november 2017 and dispatched a few days later but its been over a month and i havent received it yet. I have sent multiple emails and inquiries but they have never responded with any answer. They don't even have a phone number on their website. They have essentially stolen my money.
