My recharge to JIO [protected] not materialized nor I a provided with transaction number..
An amount of Rs.719 (Rs 754.95) paid thro' Credit card on 05.08.2022 (at 11.34am) has not been credited to my JIO account till now..
I hope the company seems to mismanage the funds..

I had placed order on 02.11.2017 to bagsplanet thru instamojo in the name o[censored]sha dembla. My order no is 2841 dt02/11/2017 for set of three bags. And the amount was deducted from my bank account 2149/-thru netbanking.
Wrote mail to instamojo. But they are not giving me proper response. Screen shot of the bank statement also given to instamojo.

Pl look into the matter, if you can solve this problem.

I have also purchased bags from the same site but didn't get the product. I mailed them and ask about the delivery but they just blocked me at facebook. Then i got to know they are frauds. So I sent a complaint to instamojo which is a payment gateway for bagsplanet. They helped me in getting my money back from these fraudsters. They asked all the payment details n their mails regarding ordered products. I sent everything to them n today I have my money back in my bank account.

Very easy method of looting money from common people. Great job but dont think it will last long there is end for everything. Please dont ever cheat people. I know we were stupid but we did not cheat thousands of people like you. I will hear the news one day. Waiting for that until then people dont belive such nonsense offers and pics everything is fraud.

I ordered bags from this website on 23rd november 2017. On 2nd december i received an email stating that the order is dispatched and will reach me by 13th dec. It's 19th and i have no clue where my order is. When i tried reaching you guys, i was surprised to know that unlike other online stores, you guys don't have any direct number where i can contact. I had paid app 1000 rs online.

Am really tensed as they ( Bags Planet) havent delivered it after all these months and taking money.

I have ordered a set of 3 bags from bags planet (Order id: 19652), but never received the same. After waiting for 3 weeks (However they were supposed to deliver the bags in one week), i have initiated a request for refund of my 2042/- amount and have never got the same.

I have made the payment through my credit card and have used instamojo payment gateway.

I have even even tried logging into instamojo to initiate my refund request, but no luck there as well.

Please lodge a complaint against such fraud companies, which is making money from the peoples.

Please see details in the attached screenshot for the payment and kindly get my money back.

The company is fraud. I have lodged a complaint more than 10 times but haven't received my product yet. They haven't even refunded my money.

Even the consumer forum isn't helping me in this matter. It seems that consumer forum is favouring this fraud company and is involved with them.

I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible otherwise i will reach to the higher authorities.

I had placed an order in dec 2017 vide order no.16095. Till now the item is not delivered. I requested for a refund. Several mails were sent to the company. But there is no reply. It seems it is a fraud company. Govt to take immediate action to take them into custody and the money may be refunded and they should be black listed. They might have made lakhs by this type of cheating.

I have placed an order dated 24.12.2017 for equestrian alligator crossbody bag - 1pcs model no. Cbg091 vide order no. 19206 foe rs.569/-. Payment was done thru online payment method (Instamojo payment id: mojo7c24005n76220448 on 24.12.2017. As per their email, expected dispatch date was 30th dec'17 to 2nd jan'18. Almost 2 months have passed but i have still not received the order when ever tried to send complaint mail only auto generated mail received. No other contact point either phone etc. Has been provided on the website. Only mail id is given in their site. It seems a fraud company. Some thing need to be done for these kind of fraudulent companies. It is requested that my complaint be resolved and money is refunded back to me.
