Sir my order id is #13423 my transaction mojo7b27005a24983733 i have booked my order 27/11/2017 and the product was suppose to get delivered on 15th december 2017and i have booked the product on bagsplanet it was crocs 3 piece trolley bag they never reply on so called 24×7 live chats nor do they reply on mails nor do they have any contact number to contact them... I have order 3 suitecase on 20th nov than the update comes than u will get your order on 28th nov but again on 28th nov update that now u will will get your order between 6th dec to 9th dec but till now i have not got my order and there is no mail or update regarding this and the company is also not replying to my mail
