Bags Planet — non delivery after full online payment. | |
I had on 27.12.2017. booked for 4 pieces trolly bags from Bags Planet, Abu lane, Meerut. I received the order confirmation as order 21175 after I made online payment if Rs.1860/. Till date I have not received the delivery of my order. My mail to Bags Planet (mail id as [protected]@bags planet.in) does not get any reply. The company seems to have cheated me. Kindly help me to get back the amount. The online payment made by me was ackniwledged by sms copy hereunder. You just paid INR. 1860.00 to @BagsPlanet towards Instapay (Payment ID: MOJO7c27005A[protected] via www.instamojo.com. Please kindly do the needfull. Was this information helpful? | |

I have placed an order on 4th of Jan and yet I have not received any confirmation of dispatch . I have pretty paid theamount I have even dropped a mail to their customer care, pathetic customer care with no reply at all.
