Even after paid the full amount to bags planet vide order id: 8169 dtd 14/11/2017, the delivery has not been made by the company. I have reminded several times, but bagsplanet still has not replied or replied even. Kindly take up the matter strongly with bagsplanet and do the needful so that my ordered bags can be delivered to me. Bags planet has already taken the payment against this order, but not has delivered me the said bags even after more than a month.

I have not received the order made on 28/11/17 order no #13719. Promised timescale is 16/12/18 still not yet received. Please do block the website for further purchase or help us get the delivery at the earliest. The status shows off is already dispatched and it is still not delivered. There is no contact number to call at least.
