Bags Planet — product not shipped

I have not received my bag which was ordered in december so please help me out my order number is 15343 and it shows that the product is dispatched when we track it in the website but here we r not getting any information regarding this and product is also not delivered so help out i have registered complain in the website but also there is no response we request you to help us out
