Bags Planet — product (set of 3 bags) with payment id: mojo7a19005a04523815 not received since 19th oct'17

I had placed order for purchase of a bag set of 3 from bags planet by doing an online payment of rs. 2149, on 19th oct'17.

The company is fraud. I have lodged a complaint more than 10 times but haven't received my product yet. They haven't even refunded my money.

Even the consumer forum isn't helping me in this matter. It seems that consumer forum is favouring this fraud company and is involved with them.

I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible otherwise i will reach to the higher authorities.
