Bagsplanet — complaining about the fake company

It's a fake company... Now i was trying to open their website but it's sowing error... Its fake... Plzzz take some action on this.. I had also order 3 set of bag paid 1000rs vai debit card, but it's been 20 days since i have ordered but i haven't received any email from them... I have been trying to contact them but they are not responding... It's a fake... Need to take some action on it...

I have order on 18 DEC 2017 and made payment through my husband credit card of Rs.2042/- and yet not receive any delivery till date.

Bagsplanet has cheated us by accepting payment through instamojo payment I'd MOJO7c25005N53209958 dated[protected] for Rs 1257.00. Order I'd 19846 dated[protected].
Kindly help to get refund.
