Bagsplanet — it's a fraud company

I have maid order of total 4 bags.
From 4 bags 3 bags are in combo and 1 duffle bag.

I gave order on 29th november, 2017
And after then they responded once that because of issues they could not deliver but then they never replied till today.
Please do needed action.
Please take some action against them.
