Bagsplanet — non delivery of ordered material | |||||
I had ordered set of bags from the bagsplanet site through online shopping. The order # is 10031 dated 19th nov 2017. The payment was done through debit card. The delivery date for the package was 08th dec 2017. Post 8th dec, i have sent mails to their official mail id as mentioned on their site & on the confirmatory mail received in my inbox. These mails are unresolved. The customer care cell is always offline. I have now started suspecting on the integrity of the site. The copy of one such mail sent by me is attached. I've not received my order till now which ive ordered it on 3/11/3017.Its nearly 2months but yet I didn't receive my order. I've mailed them more than 20times but I didn't receive any replies from them. Can u please help in Recovering my money back..

Order no 11848.payment madr on 23th nov.got a mail on 2 nd dec saying the order has been dispached and will reach by 8-13 dec .hav still not recvd the order.hav sent repeated mails but no reply.if i go to the complaint section there is no contact no given there .on tracking the order they say no order has been made from this mail id
No update for the Order ID: 5415, Date Ordered: 07/11/2017, Date Dispatched: 15/11/2017 Amount paid -Rs. 2127 . The order not received yet.It is more than one month. No contact mobile number is given on the website to coordinate and no reply for the emails and reminders.How to get the refund ?
