Dear sir,
I had ordered for designer beige tote bags 4pcs (Model no cbg006b) on 23/11/2017. I had made the payment of ₹679 online. After few days i got the message that the product has been shipped. I contacted them after waiting for about 30 days. This is their response -
Your estimated delivery date was 9th dec'17 to 13th dec'17

Apologies for inconvenience! Your order has been reversed as per reports received due to termination of the contract with the local courier partner.
Hence let us know your decision against re-attempt and refund
We will proceed accordingly

I had asked for refund. But till date there is no response from them. Its now confirmed that bagsplanet is a fraud company.
