I have placed an order dated 24.12.2017 for equestrian alligator crossbody bag - 1pcs model no. Cbg091 vide order no. 19206 foe rs.569/-. Payment was done thru online payment method (Instamojo payment id: mojo7c24005n76220448 on 24.12.2017. As per their email, expected dispatch date was 30th dec'17 to 2nd jan'18. Almost 2 months have passed but i have still not received the order when ever tried to send complaint mail only auto generated mail received. No other contact point either phone etc. Has been provided on the website. Only mail id is given in their site. It seems a fraud company. Some thing need to be done for these kind of fraudulent companies. It is requested that my complaint be resolved and money is refunded back to me.

I have ordered bags worth Rs. 1900. the amount is prepaid. My order id is #5934 and placed it on 08/11/2017. On 17/11/2017 i have received the email that it has been dispatched. Till date i havent received any order.
