Respected sir I had placed an order with www.bagsplanet.in. the order was placed on december 2nd 2017 and i have not received the order yet. The order details are; Instapay_payment id - mojo7c02005a59495379. It has been two months since the order and is not received till date. According to the terms of the website, the maximum delivery time is 11 working days. As of now, the website is not existent in the domain. Please help me seek redressal of the amount i had paid. I need a refund for the payment made of a sum of 1200. I am attaching the email sent to them which was not replied to about proceeding about consumer complaint. I am also attaching a copy of the details of the website ownership which has owner's name, registered address of the company, phone number of owner and e-mail id.
