Sir I am taken a policy through bajaj capital sales person, at that time of taking policy it is said that this policy hold mediclaim facilities, but after receiving policy bond i found that, there is no mediclaim clause in this policy We contact to exicide life regarding this matter, he say that you contact to bajaj capital, I am go to bajaj capital branch, but they said it may be by mistake Now question is i am paying rs 31500/ after understanding all the matter, if mediclaim is not available in my policy i have not require this type of policy, why you are giving false commitment at that type of taking policy This type of service is not acceptable from bajaj capital Please add mediclaim in my policy as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
