There has already been a complaint regarding this in 2021 so i am not going to explain it again . But selling insurance policy disguised as a LOTTERY and fraud people that's not how u should do it . It says a lot about company ethics . Its the same as reported by another guy in 2021 in this FORUM so clearly the company is not interested in correcting it . Hopefully i was able to alert my parents on time and they had only paid 25k and were still in office . They were literally trying to sell them trash policy worth lakhs . Talk about having no conscience . Just leaving it here so other people don't get frauded by BAJAJ CAPITAL . Talk about having a good reputation. Beware of frauds like these from companies like these . Great way of loosing my trust BAJAJ ... I'll make sure i personally tell the people i know about this so they avoid any product by u.

I am Aditya Karmakar.Me & my wife Susmita Mishra do a Exide Life Insurance Policy at Bajaj Capital( Uttarpara Branch) on 06.02.2022.There branch members Satabdi Roy and Arisudan Mishra imagine our policy that this policy includes Life Insurance, Mediclaim and travelling facilities.But we know from the branch manager Nemai Maity and Arpita sen a member of the branch that there is no mediclaim facility in this Exide Life Insurance Policy on yesterday 12.06.2022. Branch member Satabdi Roy admitted this statement infront of the branch manager that she said that there is mediclaim facility in this policy. We have cheifly agreed to do so because of mediclaim. Satabdi Roy & Arisudan Mishra made us do this policy by telling a complete lie about the mediclaim.
Moreover, even before this we complained to Exide Life Insurance Shyam Bazar Branch without getting any help from Bajaj Capital Uttarpara Branch, but we did not get any help from there. And we have only got false promises from all the places till date.
So we want to stop the policy and get back the Rs.26, 500 given to us.

These guys are calling me 10/15 times daily for loan. When denied they are abusive

Today we received a call that we have won a prize from bajaj capital. and they gave us a gift coupon number to receive the prize and attend the programme. But we were disappointed, they call us and started taking our personal information to get us involved into the policy. and the gift was hidden to be given while asking the motive of coming here to get policy. The company member come to my home to recieve The money my parent give money through card approx 52, 000 After telling to cancellation they didn't recieve call And Not response kindly help immediately and resolve problem

In continuation of my earlier mail, I would like to draw attention to Sec 73 to 76 of the companies act of 2013 chapter V A regarding acceptance of deposits. Also as per provision the company needs to create a deposit repayment reserve account. Understand on the date of collection there was default by the company of repayment of earlier Deposits.

Knowing well the above factors, why did Bajaj recommend and collect deposits on behalf of the company in gross violation of the Companies act.

Collecting deposits even when earlier deposits were defaulted itself is an indicator as to the health of the company finances.

Surprising that Bajaj Capital knowingly led investors astray, for their commission.

I had deposited Rs 60000 thru you with the above company and the FD matured in 2014. Till date I have not received the payment. Since the amount has been collected by your agent, pl help me to recover the amount.

I opened policy exide life Assured gain plus y no.04464392 but i have received policy bond on 05/11/2021 through Dak. My mobile number and mail id update wrong by bajaj Capital advisor, so I couldn't received any information about my policy, I want to close my policy due to financial problems.i want to update my mobile number email address, I am tried last 3 days but no any response from Bajaj Capital advisor and company . advisor give only wrong information...pse solve my problem...

Highly loss making investment products are promoted by this bajaj capital office at Mount road, Chennai.(land mark LIC building).
They are always forcing clients to invest in wrong products, which do not yield any returns. There by all loss making investment products are recommended by them for investment which results in severe loss for the investors.
bajaj capital chennai is adopting too many unfair and unethical practices and advicing clients to invest in wrong ad fake schemes, i incurred loss of 3lakhs rs due to listening to the advice of mythili ram. we need to take criminal action against bajaj capital and mythili.

बजाज कैपिटल गोमतीनगर ऑफिस मे मुझे व मेरी पत्नी को यह कह कर बुलाया गया कि आपकी पत्नी के लिए किचन सेट व आपके लिए हॉउस होल्ड का गिफ्ट लक्की ड्रा मे निकला है। आप पत्नी के साथ आएंगे तभी आपकी पत्नी को किचन सेट और आपको हाउसहोल्ड गिफ्ट मिलेगा 1 घंटे का समय निकाल कर आइयेगा। मैं अपने पत्नी व बच्चों के साथ शाम 5 बजे गोमती नगर बजाज कैपिटल ऑफिस गया तो वहाँ पर 1 घंटे कहा गया था परन्तु लगभग 2 घंटे का समय लिया गया। अंत मे पॉलिसी आज ही लेना जरुरी बताया गया।क्योंकि प्रार्थी आज ही पॉलिसी लेने में आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम नहीं था तो बजाज आफिस के कर्मचारीगण द्वारा बताये गए लकी ड्रा इनाम प्रार्थी की पत्नी को किचिन सेट व प्रार्थी को हाउस होल्ड गिफ्ट देने से आना कानी करते हुए मना कर दिया गया। जबकि प्रार्थी को बार बार उपरोक्त गिफ्ट अवश्य दिए जाने हेतु मोबाईल न0 [protected] पर बताया गया था। परन्तु 2 घंटे तक प्रार्थी का समय व्यय करने के बावजूद कहे अनुसार गिफ्ट न देना ये दर्शाता है कि बजाज जैसी विश्व विख्यात कंपनी के कर्मियों द्वारा अपनी policy बेचने मात्र के लिए लोगो को झूठा लालच देकर बुलाया जाता है और घंटो समय व्यर्थ करने के बाद यदि policy नही ली जाती तो कहे अनुसार गिफ्ट नहीं दिया जाता है। यह स्थिति अत्यंत कष्टदायी है। कृपया संज्ञान ले। Yogendra Nath Shukla Mo.[protected]

Hey! One day an anonymous party issued a LOTTERY to my father at a Petrol station by saying you will be contacted if got selected and 1 week later they called saying he has won a LOTTERY gift it has came from Delhi and you have to come with your wife to receive it my father told them that he can come alone but they forced him to come with his wife.
So today 19/09/2021, they went to the address and that turned out to be one of your Company...

Need to know the status of this NCD

Representatives will be in malls, temples, petrol bunks, they used to keep calling saying your coupon have selected in lucky draw and will give surprise gift relate to kitchen appliances and have to come to office to collect it, once we visit to their office they will take our personal details, and give 1 hour lecture about investments in bajaj capital and and take survey details etcc...finally here comes about the gift. They will give glass...

Regret to inform from last Six years, I have not received my maturity amount and even Bajaj Capital giving proper status to 74 years Sr citizen .

Can I have reply at least? Don't wait for death...

In my SBI Account Bajaj Findervice has debited Rs.117 Without any call or message. I’m not using Bajaj since last two years still automatically yearly yearly they are deducting. Pls credit the 117 to my SBI account ASAP. Also let me know how to stop this in future.

Suddenly my father got a call that we got selected for lucky winner. They forced our parents to come and collect the gift. My parents went there.
My parents were forced to do policy by bajaj capital agents they not gave chance to my parents to take second opnion from me and my father without any thinking believed them and credited 16200 to their acc named exide life insurance . And they came along with my parents to collect documents at night but after me knowning about it me understood that they played fraud on my innocent parents
So, i request to cancel this policy and refund our money

My father was approached by Bajaj Capital agent via call who claims that he been selected as a lucky CUSTOMER from the submitted coupon that he was given at a petrol pump 4-5 months back. He forces my parents to come and collect their gift. On reaching there the 2 agents pitched the Exide insurance life plan saying that he will get extra benefits from Bajaj Capital like holiday package, jobs for the kids, etc. They mind washed my parents mind and didn't allow them to call their children for second opinion. They told it will be waste of time discussing with their son as the money is yours and you can take your own decision. They came along with my parents to our house to collect the documents at night and told them that the documents need to be submitted today only if you want to have the other benefits of Bajaj Capital. They ask my father to go to ATM and transfer the money now. My father who was not thinking in his full capacity got agreed to them and went to ATM to transfer the money. He transferred 50k rs and remaining 25k rs they asked to give either as cash or cheque. My mother in between this managed to give me a call and explain the situation to me. I immediately asked my father to stop whatever he was signing or doing. I was late since he already did the half payment. I fought with the lady agent that what was the urgency that she had to come late night to collect the documents and forced my father to do the payment. When I cleared that we won't be signing any form and will not take the policy she started threatening me that now she cannot do anything. The policy needs to be submitted and after issuance we will receive the policy bond and have 15 days for free look cancellation. My father refused to pay the remaining amount and asked them for the refund. They are not responding me now and still giving ### reason that in order to get your money back policy needs to be issued first.
We have received the notification mail of money received from the Exide life insurance giving the proposal number as well - MC225238
Plus the amount of 50k as received and the transaction ID.
Please look into this and guide us what can be done to get our money back. This is clear case of fraud.
