[Resolved] Bajaj Capital — Subject National Insurance policy not good service from Bajaj Capital Coimbatore RS Puram Branch | |||
I am an Advisor in Bajaj Capital Coimbatore RS Puram Branch. A customer of mine, Mr. P. Saravanan, has taken a National Insurance health Policy 3 years before and continuing it till now. Previous year Policy #: Policy no.351800/46/12/[protected]. He has paid the renewal premium as said by your staff in Coimbatore branch on 28th Sep 13 for Rs. 11815/- and the cheque has been cleared on 3rd October 13. After 10 days we received intimation of short of premium. So I again convinced customer and Paid Rs. 4832/- vide cheque on 23rd Oct 13 and same cleared on 30th October. But till now the customer has not received his policy copy. He is calling and harshing me like anything. I can't answer his queries. When ever I call up the coimbatore branch, to know the status, either the concerned person does not pick the phone or says yet to come, once come will give. I need the policy number at least to convince the customer. Meanwhile, I request you to let know the status of the same. I really feel ashamed of giving a poor service to the customer. As I am the representative of your Bajaj Capital, he does not want to interact with anyone else. So he is putting pressure Was this information helpful? | |||
