[Resolved]  Bajaj Electricals — Free installation of water Heater is not arranged by the Dealer at Ballia ((U.P.)

Please note that the Dealer " Light House" at Ballia( UP) do not provide free installation of geyser .
He is cheating the customer saying that installation charges is Rs.300/- plus he is selling the connecting pipes( Havells make-inlet& outlet) to the customer for Rs.350/-
Though on the box of Bajaj Flora 1 ltr. Instant water heater it is mentioned - Free installation+ connecting pipes.
Even after 3 days, he has not arranged the installation.
Just making excuses when he is reminded about the company declaration on the box.
I have written to the customer care email for arranging the installation but no response so far.
