I have purchased microwave oven. While purchasing they didn't tell me deliver charges information. The item was delivered and autowala asked delivery charge 200/-. I said they didn't tell this while purchasing.. I called to the showroom to discuss this. They are not accepting that they didn't tell me and saying that fellow said, this fellow said like that.. In the meantime autowala called to inform this to store at that time the sales person came and saying bad words regarding customer..same time autowala given phone to me to discuss.. I heard the bad words. Instead of accepting the fault they are insulting the customers with bad words. Immediately I shouted on him and went to the showroom to complain.. Surprisingly the floor manager also not responding properly.. So I said I don't want product anymore. After that they are saying sorry..I said I don't need any sorryand product. They happily given money back..
