Approved Loan Amount: 42000.00) and after that i went to one shop for purchase of some electronics items and the retailer has stated that please submit your documents (Pan card, address proof, bank statement )along with one cancelled cheque and as per that have submitted all the required documents. After 3-4 days have got the call from the retailer side that your loan has rejected due to your account statement, it has not sufficient debits and credits.
And before 1 months have got a mail along with Welcome Letter from your side against given Loan no stated with it has approved and item has already delivered. After that when i went with that retailers they has stated that it was false don't worry.
And from last 15 days continuously am getting the messages and calls from your side for the payment of EMI. Have always requested the same with our executives that am not taken any loan it was false please help to that now what i have to do, bcz now that retailers has clearly stated that i don't know anythings you have to discuss with Bajaj Finance.
Sir/Mam it my heartly requested with you that kindly help me and suggest me that now what i have to do, what action i have to taken for the avoiding this calls and messages. Bcz have not taken any items and the retailers has used my documents and they has done something wrong with that.
