I purchased a mobile phone from Jai Sachidanand Mobile Store, Delhi on 25/02/2026. The total price of the phone mentioned in the bill is ₹75, 000.

I purchased a laptop through Bajaj Finserv for Rs.121, 490, with a down payment of Rs.43, 774. I opted for a 9-month EMI plan, where I was informed that I would pay Rs.8, 100 per month for nine months. June 2025 was supposed to be my final payment, as per the initial agreement. However, the app now shows that I need to make an additional payment of Rs.8, 100 for the next month, which contradicts the original terms....

Planet spark said that bajaj finance will deduct the money from bank account as emi. But the bajaj finance receipt shows that we have taken primary loan which they did not tell us. We did not approve any payment for loan. They took pan card, photo, cancelled cheque, aadhaar card digitally. They got details from us but they did not tell us about loan. From the last 5 months, I am complaining and calling Bajaj Customer Care but the call never gets connected and only it wastes time on the IVR and gets disconnected automatically. I requested for call back multiple times but I never received any call from them. One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Bajaj sends so many unnecessary promotional sms, whatsapp messages even after unsubscribing them. They always send sms for no reason...

BHFL fraudulenty charged me 2lakh processing fees under the guise of selling me a VAS Group Home Loan Insurance. Then they cleverly proceeded to club my actual processing fees of 6000 with the 2L so as to show the "processing fees" of 206000. Hence they sold me a free product and charged an exorbitant processing fees of 2L. They added them together by fooling me saying "They dont have a seperate line item for that 2L they taken for the insurance...

I'm getting calls from Bajaj Fianance on daily basis from different numbers for the same over draft facility for which I never asked for, never signed up for, never searched for.

I had tried to register for DND with in Bajaj Finance but hard luck.
